So, I am re posting my review here. My review is below: Good product, poor online ordering & Store pick up There is not wrong at all with the product. The issue was with customer service. I was unable to go to the store so we ordered online to have the product placed by a Tractor Supply employee in the trunk. The reason being: 1: my wife cares for an elderly person and tries to avoid stores due to COVID and 2: The product weighs 50 pounds so it is somewhat difficult for my wife to lift. She followed all of the directions and was told someone would be "right out" with the product. She told the employee on the phone exactly where she was parked and that the trunk was open so her car could be easily identified. Twenty-five minutes later and three more phone calls to the store and still no one came out with the product. My wife had to finally go into the store and get the item herself.
