They are so seasonaly monetized that they throw out what they should supply for what they want to make money off of. There was more Halloween plastic crap in there than actual supplies. They are more of a hardware/pet food/novelty store based off their clearance section, not worth the inflated prices. Just order online and wait a week.

I booked the appt online with a note that she is expecting. I come on time to appointment today only to get turned away and told she's too close to her due date. I appreciate the concern for my dog's well being but I would appreciate everyone being on the same page so bad information isn't passed along. I wasted an hour this morning coming to an appointment you guys couldn't keep. I asked for my account to be noted. Hopefully the rectify the situation at her next appointment.

We went into this location today to pick up some frozen mice for one of our snakes. While we were…read morethere, we decided to browse through the reptile selection. I was appalled at the condition at which these animals are kept. The repticarpet (which is awful to begin with) was filthy, several animals were lethargic and underweight. The blue tongue skink was clearly malnourished, bent at odd angles, and I'm really unsure as to if it was even breathing. The animals in smaller cages on the bottom right of the aisle were completely in the dark with no lighting. The chameleons are kept entirely wrong and don't even get me started on the "desk pets". I have never been so disgusted by the way animals were being kept in a store. I understand you cannot give them 100% perfection of what they need but at least make an attempt to care for them appropriately in the space allotted. They should be ashamed of themselves.

On the first call they accused him of using bad gas and then said they would pick it back up. They never came. On the next three days he called, they said they would come every afternoon but showed up on none of them. After 5 days of not being able to mow our lawn someone finally showed up and oops, they had given us the wrong key. They brought our mower back, not repaired by the way, and charged us $85. For what??!! We received absolutely nothing from them except pain and lost time. Now we still have mower that doesn't work and grass that isn't mowed!
