Had to cool for at least an hour. Did the basic air filter, spark plug, etc. to no avail. Brought it to AOP. As I entered, carrying the saw, they advised me of a sale on Husvarna. Told them I just needed a simple look over. Remember less than 10 hours. I paid the $60+ diagnostic fee upfront. A week later I get the "low compression needs an entire upper cylinder replacement" call for about the cost of the new saw. I arranged a pickup. This saw had such compression it would pull your hand off if you were not ready. Took the saw to Landscaper Supply in Piedmont, a more distant servicing dealer. Called me days later advising saw just needed an autotune adjustment for $60. Has ran like an animal since then, logging probably 30 hours after Helene without a hiccup. Great saw! Not so great or honest or capable dealer. Shame on you Anderson Power Equipment!

I stopped by to confirm that I was able to pick it up as soon as they open on a Friday morning (today was Thursday), I was notified that they didn't have my reservation for a truck confirmed and that the one forecast for my usage could be returned anytime over the next three days. I was completely surprised by this as I received a prior confirmation via U-Haul's website. This obviously wasn't the owner of the Rabbit Box. She understood my predicament as I couldn't wait any additional time to pick up a truck. Given this issue she immediately got on the phone to locate a truck within a reasonable driving distance. Fortunately, one was to be available on my time schedule in nearby Easley, SC at Bush Oil, Co. The owner of that facility was extremely helpful, and my order was fulfilled. The moral of the story is to confirm with the pickup location that you have a truck scheduled when you expect. Both the owners of The Rabbit Box and Bush Oil Co. should be complimented for their assistance, and I would highly recommend both locations for your future U-Haul rental needs.
