First of all when you order a medication from the automated on-line system, it does not tell you that the medication is out of stock at that pharmacy. Twice we've gotten there to pick up a medication that was running out that day to find they didn't fill the prescription. When we questioned the Pharmacy Manager during the first encounter, instead of answering our questions, she said "she was not going to argue with us because she had had a bad day". So it happened again where we called in a refill on the automated system and when went to pick it up, the manager told us they would not have it for 3 days. Again when we tried to clarify why this kept happening, she told us "she was not going to argue with us again and she suggested we take our prescriptions to Walgreens". Walgreens can thank CVS for the great free advertising because that is exactly what we are going to do. By the way, I called 1-800-SHOP-CVS and filed a complaint and asked for a call back from a district leader. That was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing.

The fried chicken is delicious. I also got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit which is very delicious and big! The biscuit is soft and fluffy and the sausage on it is tasty! I want to thank this Publix for always treating me with kindness and love. For that ill be a returning customer. The meats are always fresh and the fruit is always fresh. Well first of all the check out registers are set up to operate from both sides, meaning that one person can handle two lines while folks are fumbling for change or entering pin numbers, etc. Instead of being distracting, this is highly efficient. Secondly, they really have brought the fast food, or snack food addition to the convenience store back into the forefront. I am reminded of a chain of convenience stores/gas stations in the Mid-west that was called the White Hen pantry. These stores had a full service deli, fresh cut meats and lunch deli sandwiches made to order. I had not thought that would be appealing, but at the time, I was a traveling salesman and the convenience combined with the appeal of healthier food (versus standard fast food) at the time was a great option. QT is similar. It is also very popular with the teenagers for the same reasons - decent food options, great beverage options (slushies, coffee and a variety of flavors) and it doesn't feel divey or like eating at a gas station. This is also a more appealing option than the gas stations with the Subway or McDonalds or other branded fast food because the options of choices are not limited to only that chain. For a quick lunch, two hotdogs for $2.69 isn't bad (maybe not the healthiest, but they are tasty)!
