Keeping in mind how scarce quality upholstery repair services are, these guys are sometimes booked solid for weeks. I guess I'm more patient. I purchased a CPO Porsche from FL, and the dealership agreed to pay to have the seat repaired. My detailer recommended that I contact Pete at MAI. Pete and I connected and made an appointment. When an unexpected event prevented me from keeping the first appointment, Pete was totally understanding. We rescheduled, and he communicated with me after hours. Upon arrival, he brought out the leather and compared it to what was on my seats--identical, just as he said it would be. A man of his word. The car was ready when promised, and the price was extremely fair. I went from two puncture marks to brand-new leather. I cannot express how pleased I am with the repairs. If you're looking for "fast-food speed," upholstery work is not for you. This kind of work takes time, and people want it done. That means appointments and scheduling. Don't leave bad reviews because you want it done yesterday. The team at MAI knows their craft, and they know it well.
