I came across Williams and sons. i walked inside to ask some questions about the yard and even though they couldn't allow me to walk around they had some great prices. Unfortunately, a deposit had already been taken on the bike before I left mine, but due to a mistake on their end, I was still allowed to place a deposit. I received a call the next day letting me know the bike had already been sold. Up until that point, everything was going smoothly. What's frustrating is that instead of trying to make the situation right, Travis (the manager) focused on explaining why he couldn't help with pricing on a different bike--despite the situation being the result of their error. To make matters worse, after I received a lower offer on a second bike from my salesperson, the price was then raised via text message. That kind of inconsistency only added to the frustration. It's disappointing, especially considering I was prepared to spend significantly more money, and I work for a dealership group myself--if we made a mistake like that, we would at least make an effort to take care of the customer

I told them upfront I would like to ride it because I have no idea if I even would like it- Where every other business would had just left me standing there or would had told me- no test drives before purchase- they handed me the key, told me a good route to go and even said- ride it as much as you like. Who does that nowadays? I really liked it but I still was uncertain, as yeah- it's a lot of money to waste if buyer's remorse sets in- so I told them I'd like to sleep over it and see, if that's really what I want. No problem- they where not mad, even happy that I didn't make the decision lightly. The next morning I called them and told them that I take it. I came right after lunch- the bike was serviced and ready to roll. The whole process lasted maybe an hour, where everyone else would waste your whole day. I received a very detailed explanation of the price, the cost and also offered a great coverage warranty- which I also purchased. I went home to get the truck and picked it up the same day. Awesome. The best buying experience I ever had in my life, where they really want you to be happy genuinely and not just because they want your money. Also the bike is awesome and reasonably priced in the market. Thank you so much and Ol' Red's has a new customer for a long time.

We got to the store and apparently they didn't have it in stock at all and didn't when we called. Pretty good way to not have your customers come back and head to the auto parts down the street instead.

I pulled up and I knew my battery was bad; a shop replaced it with an autozone battery not even four months ago. Well I called the shop after I was told they couldn't help me because the warranty wasn't in my name. The lady from the shop asked to speak to someone and he was a complete jerk to her. She gave the shop's customer id number and all he said he still couldn't do it. So I had to buy another battery. There wasn't nothing I could do but that unless I wanted to be stranded at autozone. The next day I swap the battery under warranty out st the location the shop bought it from. I try to return the brand new battery I just bought not even three days ago and was told I couldn't return it. They have the absolute worst customer service now, the worst it's been in I know 7-8 years. The only one that goes the extra mile is Jonas.

The location is convenient for me as it is next door to Publix, where I shop a few times per month. This auto parts store is my "go to" for selection, service and help.
