One word: Outstanding. And the nicest people you can meet. I came in looking for the HD Pan America. I told them upfront I would like to ride it because I have no idea if I even would like it- Where every other business would had just left me standing there or would had told me- no test drives before purchase- they handed me the key, told me a good route to go and even said- ride it as much as you like. Who does that nowadays? I really liked it but I still was uncertain, as yeah- it's a lot of money to waste if buyer's remorse sets in- so I told them I'd like to sleep over it and see, if that's really what I want. No problem- they where not mad, even happy that I didn't make the decision lightly. The next morning I called them and told them that I take it. I came right after lunch- the bike was serviced and ready to roll. The whole process lasted maybe an hour, where everyone else would waste your whole day. I received a very detailed explanation of the price, the cost and also offered a great coverage warranty- which I also purchased. I went home to get the truck and picked it up the same day. Awesome. The best buying experience I ever had in my life, where they really want you to be happy genuinely and not just because they want your money. On a positive note, the salesperson I worked with did a solid job and was great to deal with throughout the process. Unfortunately, a deposit had already been taken on the bike before I left mine, but due to a mistake on their end, I was still allowed to place a deposit. I received a call the next day letting me know the bike had already been sold. Up until that point, everything was going smoothly. What's frustrating is that instead of trying to make the situation right, Travis (the manager) focused on explaining why he couldn't help with pricing on a different bike--despite the situation being the result of their error. To make matters worse, after I received a lower offer on a second bike from my salesperson, the price was then raised via text message. That kind of inconsistency only added to the frustration. It's disappointing, especially considering I was prepared to spend significantly more money, and I work for a dealership group myself--if we made a mistake like that, we would at least make an effort to take care of the customer read more

Great place with great people I've been there multiple times and have never been disappointed always willing to help with whatever you need.

A couple of months ago my boy friend placed a work order for various stuff like detailing, service and new tires for his bike. There were no mechanical issues when he left the bike at Ole Reds. When he picked it up the next time we went for a ride it started having issues by not running right. This became an actual safety hazard because it didn't respond the way it should. He went back and asked them to check what the problem might be. They looked into it but came back with saying they can't find anything and they didn't do anything to any components that could cause the issue. Pretty much saying after you spent $700 you are on your own. My boyfriend decided to bring the bike to HD in Greenville and $500 and 2 weeks later he was told the spark plugs that Ole Reds had put in are non HD approved, of poor quality and one of them had already broken which caused the issue. Some parts of the bike had also not been detailed...completely missed. The delta for the piece price for the non HD and HD plugs is less than $20. The communication itself with Ole Reds was also a night mare. You have to call them to get a status update and even if they tell you they will call back that didn't happen in our case. That's not how you treat and keep customers. read more

Two out of two encounters were both miserable. First, while planning a purchase with checkbook in hand, I was soundly ignored for 15 minutes by 2 different salesmen while they joked about something. I eventually walked out and bought elsewhere. I really wanted a bike they had advertised online. A year later, I'm ready for a change. Took my HD in to see if they would buy it. It was late model, 3 years old with under 2,000 miles, 100% stock and perfect in every way. The "manager" who could have been an extra for a 60s biker flick rode it around back. 30 minutes later he offered my a silly price. I didn't argue, just said I'd think about it. He said, "You aren't gonna leave it here?" Told him I needed it to get home. After another very long wait, someone parked it out front. It was abundantly clear that someone had dumped a trashcan over my bike. Front to back, it was absolutely covered in dirt and trash. It was glistening clean when I rode in. I rode home, washed and waxed it again, and sold it to the first caller for $4,000 more than Biker Billy's offer. The childish revenge for me simply not giving away a huge profit margin was absolutely unbelievable. Can't blame the owners other than for the fact that they hired this "gentleman."
