I told them upfront I would like to ride it because I have no idea if I even would like it- Where every other business would had just left me standing there or would had told me- no test drives before purchase- they handed me the key, told me a good route to go and even said- ride it as much as you like. Who does that nowadays? I really liked it but I still was uncertain, as yeah- it's a lot of money to waste if buyer's remorse sets in- so I told them I'd like to sleep over it and see, if that's really what I want. No problem- they where not mad, even happy that I didn't make the decision lightly. The next morning I called them and told them that I take it. I came right after lunch- the bike was serviced and ready to roll. The whole process lasted maybe an hour, where everyone else would waste your whole day. I received a very detailed explanation of the price, the cost and also offered a great coverage warranty- which I also purchased. I went home to get the truck and picked it up the same day. Awesome. The best buying experience I ever had in my life, where they really want you to be happy genuinely and not just because they want your money. Also the bike is awesome and reasonably priced in the market. Thank you so much and Ol' Red's has a new customer for a long time.

Unfortunately, a deposit had already been taken on the bike before I left mine, but due to a mistake on their end, I was still allowed to place a deposit. I received a call the next day letting me know the bike had already been sold. Up until that point, everything was going smoothly. What's frustrating is that instead of trying to make the situation right, Travis (the manager) focused on explaining why he couldn't help with pricing on a different bike--despite the situation being the result of their error. To make matters worse, after I received a lower offer on a second bike from my salesperson, the price was then raised via text message. That kind of inconsistency only added to the frustration. It's disappointing, especially considering I was prepared to spend significantly more money, and I work for a dealership group myself--if we made a mistake like that, we would at least make an effort to take care of the customer

After tons of research and buying multiple different parts hoping to fix the issue, we finally decided it was time to get help from a mechanic. We heard good things about Cobb, so we decided to give them a shot. Tyler, the mechanic who worked on our Jeep, spent weeks trying to find the problem and get the Jeep running again as soon as possible. Tyler updated us every couple of days, letting us know about various things that may or may not have been the cause of it not running. He discovered and fixed issues with the timing, fuel pump, and some of the wiring. Finally, after doing some in depth testing on the ECU, they determined that it had gone bad. Once they installed the new ECU, the Jeep ran as smooth as ever, and I've had no issues since. We definitely recommend this shop for anyone who needs a mechanic, and we will return when my Jeep decides to break down again.

I saved hundreds by not going to the dealership and who knows what mechanic I would have had there. I found this place because I have an aftermarket warranty and I took the time to read the fine print stating that I needed to get services done from an ASE certified mechanic. I am sure if I didn't read that and I needed to fix a problem, it would have been the excuse of the warranty company to deny any claims. I thought most repair places were ASE certified. After talking to several on the phone, I found out that was not the case. I did a quick google search and Lakeview automotive came up as one of the only service/repair places around with that designated certification and a blue label certification at that. I am not exactly sure what that means but I know for me, it was peace of mind. Knowing that the shop and mechanics have gone thru extensive training, have all the tools/devices they need, and continue to get training in all aspects of their business. This professionalism was demonstrated early on when I first called and spoke to Karen, asking all my questions. I also spoke to the shop manager Phill who took the time to put me at ease about bringing my car in vs going to the dealership. When I arrived for my appt, Karen greeted me with a warm hello and Phill came out to introduce himself. I was taken back to the service bay to look underneath my vehicle and met mechanic James who was also very nice and accommodating. I knew my car was in good hands with someone who actually cared about the work they performed, even if it was just an oil change. I would have said a "simple" oil change, but that's not the case w a Jaguar, it's a lot more involved. When the service was done, I received an email with a thorough inspection report with pictures and items that were completed and items that would need future attention. Not once did I feel any type of upsell. It is comforting to know that I am not going to be told something isn't true or need a service that I don't. Bravo, you guys are A++++ in my book and will get all my future car needs. Thank you Lakeview Automotive and all the staff working there. Keep up the good work.
