Customer service wad top notch so I scheduled the install. I noted the $100/hr. labor rate clearly posted and figured the total (including my supplied oil for a change) would be around $150. It was $222.94 including the $5 OEM oil filter. However, the rates aren't my issue. I don't mind paying a fair price for great service. Although I did look the bike over before heading home, I totally missed the finger-tight axle nut. I did note the belt seemed much tighter and noisier. The belt was too tight to begin with and was on my fix list. But the axle nut...especially with no pin...was a dangerous and potentially fatal oversight. After tightening it, I brought it back and they corrected it no issue and apologized. I'll continue to use them as I ride a Suzuki but a loose axle nut is totally and completely unacceptable.

We dropped off our bike in May, explained that the display was blinking and drawing from the…read morebattery. We had already replaced the battery and told the service tech that the battery was new. A week later they called and said they replaced the battery and that wasn't the problem. We had told them the battery was new and wasnt the problem. They then said it was the radio and they would have to send it out to be rebuilt. We asked if they had done a diagnostic on all other areas and they said yes. The rebuilt radio came back and they said the display was blinking more often than before. We asked if they checked if it was the display and if so could they replace it. They asked if we wanted to fix the bike ourselves. Are you kidding me. You've had my bike for three months and just admitted you didn't check the most obvious thing first. My husband was upset, asking them what they were going to do and for more frequent updates and by no means was he yelling, and service tech said come get your bike and hung up on us. He hung up on us. Unbelievable . We called to speak to the shop or service manager and we are waiting for their call back.

Unfortunately, a deposit had already been taken on the bike before I left mine, but due to a mistake on their end, I was still allowed to place a deposit. I received a call the next day letting me know the bike had already been sold. Up until that point, everything was going smoothly. What's frustrating is that instead of trying to make the situation right, Travis (the manager) focused on explaining why he couldn't help with pricing on a different bike--despite the situation being the result of their error. To make matters worse, after I received a lower offer on a second bike from my salesperson, the price was then raised via text message. That kind of inconsistency only added to the frustration. It's disappointing, especially considering I was prepared to spend significantly more money, and I work for a dealership group myself--if we made a mistake like that, we would at least make an effort to take care of the customer
