Great used selection at good prices. I have had a couple issues I'm sure they didn't know abou, but they made it right in a hurry!

I visit Anderson SC a couple times a year. During my last visit in 2020 I lost a front wheel…read morebearing, they replaced it and got me rolling again - no issues with that repair in over 10K of riding since. This visit, I needed a clutch lever replaced. When I arrived they were completely swamped with 10-12 bikes waiting in line; from what I could see it was from a group of bikes that had just been purchased (sold tags hanging off handle bars), as well as some locals in for repairs as well. I purchased the clutch lever the Saturday evening before, and couldn't get it done b/c of the snap-ring pliers I had with me. When I got there on Tuesday morning one of the service managers said he'd send out a tech to sort it out even with the backlog of bikes sitting outside the bay doors. And they did get it right for me - got the right feel for the clutch as well. I had a great day of riding that day b/c of their quick responsive service to my situation. And now I know what type of snap-ring pliers to pickup/use. Can't recall the names of the service manager, or the tech who helped me out, but this type of service probably flows throughout the team of techs and service managers. I feel very, very comfortable taking my bike to Timm's when I'm visiting this part of SC. And I'm very picky about who turns wrenches on either of my bikes - I'd bring the other one here too if/when I bring it north to SC.

Good service, like all Harley dealers might be little more on price but you get what you pay for…read more Will continue to do business and would recommend.

72 years and still going strong! This is South Carolinas oldest Harley Davidson Dealer. They are…read moreproud of it and should be! They give IMPECCABLE service. From the phone conversations, which actually brought us in as they were so very pleasant to the in-store communications, the service is genuine and family oriented. So I will preface this by saying that we had several other Harley Davidson dealers wanting our business, even one close to home, yet we were drawn to Timms because of how amicable they were from step 1. Once we arrived, a little early, the staff was on point with introductions and attentiveness. We were met by Casey in Sales. Very calm, attentive, and genuine. He is just so nice, I cannot stress it enough. Even after we left the store on any call to him, he is just A1. I will use the word genuine often because I cannot depict the staff in any other way. Casey showed us around the entire store which was very impressive. The store was clean and nostalgic. There is even a barber shop in there that is open for business. We met the stylist with her dog "Ghost", happily trotting about the store. We were then introduced to a person in each department who gladly answered any questions we may have had. Chad worked with us in parts and knew his stuff! Ashley worked with us in Motor-clothes and graciously helped us find just the perfect jackets for the weather. Then there was Stacie in Finance....what a joy to work with her. She was funny and intriguing and willing to help out in any way possible to make us happy customers. That she did. My husband walked out with a Harley Fat Boy and we were more than thrilled. Stacie made us so relaxed that we felt like a part of the family, (which we now are), right away. By the way, shout out to her hubby who also assisted my hubby with some knowledge. The day finally culminated with a party for us where all staff members came down the line and congratulated us on a purchase, hubby rang the bell and after the ceremony, we were officially a part of the Harley Fam, specifically Timms Harley Davidson. They are so warm and inviting, if you are looking for a Harley Dealership, take the drive. They are not hard-core salespeople but they really know their product. Thanks again, we will be back for the First Thursday of the month party during the warmer months. We are lifetime customers. I am confident that Timms should be the leader in teaching the sales process to those who think they have the lock on customer service.....take a look at this model, you may want to change your tune :-) Sorry...... throwing just a little shade LOL, This is how to earn business!!!!!! :-)
