Don't buy anything from this place. bought a 2009 Spyder from them in may of 2023 they sold me a 3 year warranty. but did not tell me that you cant get parts for it. i had the bike 1 month and the cluster went out they told me the part would take a month to come in now its February 2024 and they are telling me no part yet. then the service rep told me you might have to sell the bike for parts after just buying it from them for 10.000 dollars. asked to trade the bike and they told me they could not give me a good price on trade because of the cluster being bad and that if they took the bike on a trade that they would have to replace the cluster and it would cost them money . they will not give any help after i just spent 50,000 dollars on a new boat and the motorcycle. What a really bad transaction with this company through their yamahapartpros.com website. I ordered on 6/25/20 and the items I ordered showed that they were in stock. After weeks of not showing up, I contacted them through their website, email and leaving a couple of phone messages. They never replied to any method. Finally on August 7th they sent me an email with a tracking number. Issues don't end there. The tracking number showed they just created a label but didn't ship the items. On the 10th after a more pointed email, they finally gave it to UPS at around 7pm. Probably one of the worst companies I have worked with online. I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

Horribly ran business! Took Polaris 4 wheeler that was under warranty to be fixed in 2021 to have part replaced. They kept saying part was on back order. They FINALLY contact me back in mid 2022 that the part came in. When I call to see about getting part installed, the woman in service dept will not respond to my calls and the service dept avoids me. Did you ever want to buy something new, to treat yourself? You call the dealer, discus price, and then say it's a cash deal, I'll take it. They say I'll call you back in 5 minutes. They never call back. So you call again and say u didn't call me back. You say I would like some upgrades to be installed before delivery, they say let me call u right back. They never call, so u call again and again and get no where. U wait 5 days and guess what they never call back. So u get ticked off and call to cancel and u get voicemail. Maybe I should of begged them to take my money. They just seem to be to busy to take my money, so I gave my business to someone else, don't want them to be so busy. read more

i had them fix my teryx 750 engine it had a broken high speed gear so anyway put motor back in and went to start it and it cranked a few times before the starter motor just would spin and not crank. so i thought maybe it had broken teeth which can happen on this model so i took off the side case which was a bitch because the they flaired out the end of the crankshaft which i had to customize a puller to get the collar off to get the cover off, this is the alternator side, but finally got the cover off and the rotor fell off and it had a sheared key and was missing a bearing that goes in front of the rotor, luckly none of the gears were damaged. paid 3200.00 dollars for this crap work dont take your stuff here at all!!!!!!!!! you have been warned read more

I brought my 2012 Can Am Spyder in for service of rear wheel bearings. I was told they would check it out and get back to me in a couple of days. Two days later they called with an estimate and wanted $100.00 up front to get parts. Thought that was a little strange since they had my bike, but paid them with a card over the phone. They said a day or two to get parts and two days after that they would have it done. Service called me next day and said bike needed a battery, but bike would be done in 2 days, I said OK put one in. I waited 3 business days and gave service a call, no answer, I left a message, no return call. This went on for 4 continuous days with no one returning my calls. Very unprofessional. Finally I started calling their other departments to get someone to tell me what was going on. I got a hold of Joyce, the office manager, the only nice encounter I had with this whole ordeal. She got the manager to call me back and he said he would find out for me, he called me back that day and said he didn't have an answer but he or service would call me back in the morning. Service did call me back next day, Saturday morning said bike was done, I could pick it up. It was raining Saturday so i said I would pick it up on Tuesday since they are not open on Sunday or Monday. I arrived Tuesday noon and my bike was sitting outside in front of store, it looked like it had been sitting on the side of a dirt road in a rain storm for a month with birds crap all over the seat. So I went to service, paid the $700 bill and asked if that was the way they delivered vehicles back to their costumers. I have had many vehicles serviced over the years and I have never had any encounter like this. Service said that there was a lot of pollen in the air and if wanted my bike washed I would have to pay for it. So I told her I did't expect to have it detailed but it should at least be as clean as when I brought it in and at minimum expected someone to clean the bird crap off of the seat. Whoever had moved the bike outside had sat in the bird crap so they knew it needed cleaning. Begrudgingly, she took a paper towel and some spray and cleaned off seat. No sorry, no thank you for your business, nothing. Manager was at lunch so left with my bike and called him when I got home and left massage. No return call-ever. If my Spyder needs service again, I would push it by hand to another dealer before I would give them a dime and be treated like i was at Performanace PowerSports & Marine in Seneca, SC. Terrible experience with this company. We will never be returning, and I'll tell everyone I know never to share their business with them. We originally dropped off a newly purchased boat for simple maintenance, but also to fix a broken piece that was under warranty, which hasn't worked since purchasing the boat. After waiting over a week for an update, we called with no answer. And again, with no answer. We live an hour and a half away. After being ignored for 5 weeks, the only response we got from the lady working the front desk was that she would have someone look into it and call us back. We never got a call back. Finally we were told that they couldn't replace the part that was broken and they've kept the boat for nothing. Wasting our time, our money, and preventing anyone else from actually fixing it. The companies decision to keep us in the dark, not respond to our calls, and keep our property for no reason is unethical, irresponsible, and has proven to be untrustworthy. We went and took the boat back with no fix to the piece that was under warranty and will go elsewhere. The appropriate response would be to simply call us back and explain the situation. We could have avoided the 5 week wait (which would have been even longer if we hadn't decided to take the boat then and there). And we could have had it fixed by now. Worst experience to have as a first-time customer. read more

Doing business with them is unreasonably expensive. We bought two wave runners from them and needed routine service and one battery replaced. They came to our dock, 25 minutes away, today. The bill was over $800.00. The tech was here less than 2 hours and took a ride on my wave runners. Find a company that's more service oriented and less greedy. read more

Spoke to the general manager on the phone. He told me they had a 2019 Kawasaki Mule for sale for $12,000 with all the "bells and whistles". Drove 45 minutes to purchase this Mule. When we asked for the out the door price he bumped up the price for all the "bells and whistles". This place is worse then car salesmen. Go to Foothills in Powdersville. My dad bought a brand new bike from these guys, we expected it to be brand new (no scratches, no dust on it, etc.). We drive there, waste half a day of work just to see it wasn't what they had told us. To make matters worse, the bike would not start when we wanted to hear it run. They had to replace the "brand new battery". We tried to get the one that was immaculate condition that was on the floor but they were back peddling saying that we couldn't change it, even though we hadn't signed anything at this point. We load up the bike and get to the house only to find that it's leaking oil, you know it's been serviced for a long time and just sitting when the oil on that it's dropped has dust on it. It also is missing parts from factory that are supposed to come on the bike. Called today and they want nothing to do with helping us. Coming from other dealerships I have dealt with that have always held their end of the bargain and trust when buying a product, these guys dropped the ball and let it roll way further then it needs to go. I own a 2005 Waverunner FX Cruiser HO, which I purchased new from Performance Powersports in Seneca South Carolina. The vessel has been fully maintained by the dealership since new, garaged every winter, docked on a lift and religiously covered. With only 95 hours of use and just after having the annual service performed, the engine broke a ring, lost oil and damaged a cylinder. The result of this malfunction is an estimate of $3000 to replace the engine! The dealership, nor Yamaha is willing to stand behind their product, and I am left with the cost to repair. While I understand that the vessel is out of warranty, it seems abundantly clear that the engine on this top of the line PWC should last far beyond 95 hours! Is their a manufacturing issue? Was the maintenance performed to standard? Yamaha's customer service is horrific! It is basically a one and done phone call, where I received no satisfaction, rude communication, and a dead end with respect to speaking with or writing to a higher authority. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. read more

The guy had no ideea what that part was for, so I ordered it, thinking if I won't need it, I'll return it. When I tried to return the part, they found every single excuse possible not to take it back, even in it's factory sealed package! Terrible experience dealing with them. Bought brand new sea doo. Went to use a second time and would not shut off and had to disconnect battery and then would never start again. Had it only two weeks. Called salesman and sales manager and told them i needed service and to please send someone out to see what was wrong and to fix it as it could be something real simple. They refused , told me to somehow without any steering (since engine would not run) to some how tow it to a boat ramp . Rent a trailer and find someone with truck and hitch and bring it back to their business . Also, they told me they would have service dept call me to set appt for me to bring it in . Unbelievable!!! Service dept never called.!! So their attitude is make the sale and the heck with warranty service no need to do anything further for customer leave them stranded. I ended up getting it fixed at my dock at my expense . If you buy anything from this company don't expect any service to be done under warranty or ever hear from service dept . read more
