My wife backed our van out of the garage and tore the rear view mirror off of her cousin's car that…read morewas parked in the driveway. She isn't used to having to look for a car in the driveway and the cousin was visiting from out of town. We took the car to Smith Davidson and they spent 30 minutes repairing it and wouldn't charge us since there were no parts. They were able to get it back in place and working without it costing us a dime. I have been back many times for tires and other repairs. Cole and the gang are good local people who are fair and reasonable. One time I showed Cole that I could get tires cheaper from Tire Rack and he showed me how he got his price and what he needed to pay his people and asked me if the $20 difference (total) was worth it to me - and if it was, then I could get them on Tire Rack and he would still mount them for me. I ended up spending the extra $20 to support a good, honest local shop. In another instance, I have a Corvette with ENORMOUS racing tires that are VERY HARD TO MOUNT. I had taken them to several shops to get them mounted with no luck. Cole and the staff at Smith Davidson treated it like a challenge and worked very hard to get those tires on my car. I would recommend them because of the following... 1. They are honest. PERIOD. 2. They do good work. 3. They are fair. I would recommend Cole and the people at Smith Davidson Tire with no reservations. I believe that they will make me look good with my recommendation because I believe they try to do a great job with every customer and vehicle that comes into their shop. They are good people.

The whole experience fostered a sense of trust with the windows into the shop, and even a shop tour. No work was done until it was fully explained and approved, with no high-pressure sales. For the money, I highly recommend HALTS if you own one of the vehicles for which they specialize. The peace of mind is worth it knowing that the job was done right.

We have not had good experiences with Toyota Greenville so avoid them completely. I contacted Premier Mobile Auto Repair (864) 966-9070 and they had a cancellation so came out and inspected the brakes, declared them "perfect with plenty of pad left." We had them take the car a test drive and they could not replicate the noise. After an hour of going through the car, they told us there was nothing wrong with it, and that we may have picked up a bit of grit on a brake pad, but that we needed nothing done. They charged us for a house call and that was it. Premier Mobile Auto Repair will be taking care of our vehicles in the future.
