After 5 years, I'm done here. $55 labor for an oil change? Not interested, Counter person welcoming? Nope!

Went for an oil and filter change during lunch today and was pleasantly surprised at the service and price. Nick and Matt were very informative about what they were doing and about recommending things that needed to be done. Not only that, they were very personable and easy to talk to. I'll definitely go back again for oil changes and to follow up on the recommendations that they were nice to point out. I've used Graydon for several services, and they are my go-to for auto repair and maintenance. They patched up my tire for free when doing some other work which was really nice. A couple times I've called for an appointment the next week, but when I get to the appointment day I'm not on the books. Thankfully they've been able to get me in that day, but it was disheartening to worry about not getting my car back in the time initially proposed. read more

These guys mean well I think but really have let me down. Failed to even try to honor warranty on new tire so I bought another....which they irresponsibly installed on a bad rim...now they have suggested a sixth tire, each of which is about $150, in about 200 miles of driving! Just booked an appointment with them last night using MyMechanicApp.com. The booking process was pretty easy, but the best part was that my car was in the oil change bay in minutes! It helped that I was one of the first cars there, but it was still great to see my car pulled in. One of the shop techs came in to get coffee started and said he would hold on coffee until after my car was finished. The shop environment was SUPER clean; HIS Radio was playing; and I felt safe there. My SUV requires synthetic oil and the service was fast. I was in and out and very pleased with the overall experience. Because I booked online, the service guy even gave me a Starbucks gift card. 5 stars for sure! read more

Blessed to have found this place. My husband had a flat this morning after working 3rd shift. He was so tired he had no luck getting our spare down from the undercarriage. Desperate, he called Graydon Tires and they towed him to their shop. They took the time to figure out why the tire went flat and it saved us a ton of money. We found out we needed a small part for the tire and were glad we didn't have to replace the tire. Grateful that the mechanics and tow truck driver were so helpful and caring. All 3 of my family members would give Graydon 6 stars if we could! It's great when you find a place you can trust for work on your car! We moved here 2 years ago & had been going to the dealers for oil changes until we could find a trustworthy place. When I went to the local dealer a couple weeks ago, they recommended ~ $1,500-2,000 worth of work--that day, with 8 top priority items as the for my well maintained car with 82,000 miles on it. There was no mention of concern for the huge, surprising expense I would incur or an offer to help me prioritize the items. My son had found Graydon through their great Google reviews and has been very happy with the service so I took my car in for a second opinion. I experienced very personalized service, people who treated my car like it was theirs, assistance with priorities, and detailed discussions about pricing. There was only 1 major item I needed to do for safety. I chose to do 3 items & paid $500. Everything else could wait for another 20,000 miles. Graydon has 2 new, very happy customers as my daughter now goes there, too. read more

I had a flat tire because a small piece of plastic punctured one of the OEM Continental tires just outside the belts. After AAA installed the "donut", I went to a Firestone store nearby, which had been my go-to store for over 20 years, who said it was not repairable. I said I had a brand new Michelin spare tire at home that was the same size but on a different rim, but the Firestone store said their rules did not allow them to switch the tires. So I went on the Internet and discovered Graydon, a store I had passed by for many years and had never stopped. I called and told them what I wanted to do and they said to come on by. They looked at the puncture and agreed it wasn't repairable, but did not hesitate to switch the good tire with the bad tire, balance it, switch it with the donut, and even help to reinstall the donut under the car. The $25 charge seemed reasonable, the people were quite friendly, and I now have a good tire on the car. I think they earned 5-stars. read more

Fast , friendly service. Came home and had to replace a missing screw that was found while changing oil. Checked the oil level the next day and it was 1 quart low. Had a similar experience earlier in the year. Had driven the car for a while this time so thought maybe my car had used the missing quart. Added the quart and never had the issue again. Check your oil each time they change it. Will never use this company again. read more

This place has a new customer for life! I went in there without an appointment this morning and they had my car ready in the afternoon. I had a bent rim and the wheel bearing needed replacing. Nissan was going to charge me 685 dollars. I left this place paying only 585 dollars. They didn't do any unnecessary work to my car. Yep this is the place to go. read more
