He looked into what type of battery was needed he purchased it and told me he was on his way to my home. He arrived, we BS'd for a few minutes, he removed the old/original battery, which would have been difficult for me to do, he put the new one in, tested all my equipment, took the old battery and was on his way. What a great experience and my first time using a mobile mechanic. I was able to get things done around the house, didn't have to find out where, when and what type of battery to buy, didn't have to drive to where the service was going to accomplish the task at hand, didn't have to wait impatiently at the service center, yada, yada, yada, all that other stuff we experience in those matters.
