Way too busy and this is not gonna be an easy fix so Please come get it take us somewhere else. Have a good day...." the voicemail they left me. Mason & sons were done in 3 days. They are too busy and don't care. Do not bring your car to this place. It's a joke with customer service. 8 DAYS THEY DIDNT LOOK AT MY Car. 8 DAYS NO COMMUNICATION FROM JAPANESE AUTO REPAIRS. They sent us to Warren's, and I am SO thankful they did! I made one phone call, and within about 2 1/2 hours, our daughter had four brand-new tires. The staff were friendly, polite and informative. The shop itself is small, so you may want to call ahead and see if they are busy before riding over. Their waiting area is clean, with comfortable chairs, a well stocked coffee bar and a clean restroom, which is always a welcome feature at car shops. So while I did go from spending about $80 on a synthetic oil change to $225 for oil change, tire rotation, and some replacement filters, I'm glad they brought so much to my attention & helping me take better care of my truck. 10/10 will recommend and look forward to returning in the future.
