Early the next morning I started mass calling local tire / maintenance shops to see how we could get the problem fixed before our drive back to FL 2 days later. None of the shops could fit us in until the following week. When I called W.N. Watson, I spoke with Tim and he said bring it in straight away and we'll fit you in. Luckily their convenient downtown location was less than a mile away so I carefully drove to the shop and I was greeted by Tim and a lovely woman at the desk. They called a few hours later to let me know the brake line failed and they could get the parts we needed before they closed for the holiday weekend (it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!) The car was ready at the end of the day. When we went in to pick it up they were so friendly and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and sharing some favorites spots for us to visit during our short stay. Before leaving he also switched out our windshield wipers with new blades for our long drive home. Tim and his team saved our vacation by their kindness and helpfulness to fit us in so we could head back home on our planned day. My kids and I could not stop talking about the experience! If I lived locally I would never visit another shop.

I trusted them because of my son & thought I could work things out with them but when I tried to talk to Zen he had a really nasty attitude at the start of the conversation very after I told him we didn't come to argue. I was disappointed because I had plan to use this shop for towing & auto service for both of my cars & had even referred 2 others. Thank god they didn't go. Zen & his wife were friendly at start. Zen even accused me of trying to get charity work but I messaged him multiple times & asked him for the price for both parts to be replaced on my car but he never replied with the full amount. I didn't asked for any type of charity work nor save me money. I only wanted my vehicle repaired so I could drive it with a peace of mine & not have to drive with the AC on to keep it from overheating. He may have done great work for others but I didn't get that in my opinion. I wouldn't give them not even 1 star.

Now let's fast forward to now. I have my ac and heat fixed but the person how fixed it, didn't need the control module that i already bought for the car that upstate auto electric said I needed. The person fixed my ac and heat because the wiring was wrong and the resistor was blown by UPSTATE AUTO ELECTRIC( the professionals by the way). Save your money so u don't get scammed.
