Did not charge me a second time! Great customer service, I recommend and will be back in the future. 5 Stars!

No way it was tested prior to return . Was in their "care" for 3 months . had to return it as condition rendered it unusable . I hated to return it to them, but had no choice Teenagers out there working on some boats , but we paid how much for a master mechanics work ? They won't answer the phone or return calls . we had to just drive 25 miles out there to get an update of when we would get it back . Black sticky gunk all over inside and outside of boat , took two of us two days to clean it off . Horrible experience , not one thing I could say that was positive . Don't do it , use a reputable shop that cares about your boat ! I only gave it one star as negative stars was not an option .

This past spring, after a two week wait they had me bring it in on March 31 for a stuck release button on the throttle handle. Weeks went by. They never let me know anything but I knew they were busy so I didn't hound them. After a month or so I called and they said they didn't know when they could get to it. I called about once a week to see if anything was happening but was always told by the office lady that there was no news (they never called me first). Finally, after about four months, I called and asked her to have one of the brothers to call me. Tim called and basically said he didn't know how to work on Volvos and for me to come get it and take it somewhere else. Please note that this is the same boat that I have paid them thousands of dollars to maintain and repair for the last decade or two. I let them keep it all this time because I was sure they would get to it any day. They've always been good to me, but this time I feel totally disrespected and cannot recommend their business.

I saved up for months to get my first home. Signed all the papers that was a 5 year loan that's right only 5 years on the papers I signed. First payment came and I called, turns out somehow 5 years turns into a 14yr loan for 144k !!! for a used 2024 camper! Needless to say when I go pick it up a week later the back window was completely busted. Claimed it was their lawn guys. Point is stay FAR away from this place as possible! this place aught to be shutdown.
