If I could give zero I would, I have been without heat for about 4 months now. I originally went to upstate auto electric so that they could diagnose why my ac nor heat was working. It was because of the burnt harness that I was having problems with my ac and heat. They fixed the harness and said they checked the resistor. They then proceeded to say it was the control module and display module for my ford. They charged me 270, to fix nothing by the way, claiming they diagnosed it and fixed the harness. Now let's fast forward to now. I have my ac and heat fixed but the person how fixed it, didn't need the control module that i already bought for the car that upstate auto electric said I needed. The person fixed my ac and heat because the wiring was wrong and the resistor was blown by UPSTATE AUTO ELECTRIC( the professionals by the way). Save your money so u don't get scammed. Upstate Auto Electric came highly recommended. I trusted them to make the proper diagnostics and repairs to my son's truck before driving it to school in GA. However, after returning to school in GA, the vehicle doesn't start. The response from the shop is, "you can bring it back." The whole point in using them was to get the job done correctly the first time. Their lack of concern from an upstate company in the town where I grew up is very disappointing. read more

This place is a joke. Took my car here to get fixed and was charged $350 for the repair however they didn't fix a thing. Picked up car and car died the next day stranding my daughter had car towed back to them they said they fixed it car died again the next day again stranding my daughter got car back and car died again that same day had car towed again to a different shop had to pay $260 to fix what these fools could not they are cons and have no problem ripping people off.
