My fiancé and I drove to the new location and waited for about 30/40 minutes in another line only to find out that there was no truck there reserved for us like promised by worker Bryce. One of the workers at the new location even commented on Bryce being less then stellar in the past as well and making mistakes like this in attempts to rush people out of the store. Now any other store remotely near us will be closing soon, so essentially we drove 3 hours from Atlanta to just drive right back and have to come back all the way to South Carolina again to help our family member move. Hunter was able to single-handedly take the stress of relocating to a new city, down several notches. The next day, she even phoned to see if I had any follow-up questions and provided a resource for moving help should I need some extra muscle to help unload my Pod. Employees like Hunter are the thing that separate the Space Shop Self Storage from the universe of mediocre, run-of-the-mill storage facilities.
