Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. The finance guy was super easy to work with. No nonsense. On one occasion we stopped by and a saleswoman took us through our newly arrived RV even though it was pouring rain outside. We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Very convenient. We have had it out once and have a very few items that need adjusting. They have set up an appointment to drop it by and have all the bugs fixed.

We communicated via text until Thursday 17th when he finally ask me whated for our trade. I sent him pictures and figured since we bought it there, 15%-20% less than what we paid for it is what I asked for. That was at 8:11am Thursday morning.
