Everyone we called told us they didn't work on boat trailers or had no available employees to help us. Initially when I spoke to Phill Turner he admitted that he too was very busy but he took mercy on us and his grandson did a wonderful job of making the repair, checking out the system and getting us back on the road. Did my clutch at this shop on my semi , and if you're a owner trucker you know that clutch job cost…read morearound $2000 +-, well fine it cost me around $2200 at this location , even tho they charged me for 5 gal of antifreeze , which I know they drained the old one out and put it right back in, which when I first picked the truck a mile down the road I got low antifreeze light..... hmmm??? At first when I came there I wanted to get nice Eaton fuller clutch so they could install it for me , but the owner assured me that they have a nice after market clutch called "D&W"clutch , well not even a year after, I only went around 100k miles and there is no more adjustment available all I can say that D&W clutch sucks and it's nooo good, and don't listen to them and get what you feel is right for you, not what they try to shove up ur behind...,., Good Eaton clutch should last you around 600 k miles minimum, so now I got Eaton clutch for $667 , Eaton clutch replacement kit for $249 and the quote for the job was $1000, so figure it for yourself.... I wouldn't come back here ......

We had our truck having issues and took it to W.W. Williams for it to be fixed. They Charged us…read morealmost $4,000 to get "the problem" fixed. NOT even 2 months after getting the truck back, it was already having the same issue! Being as it was still covered under warranty, both parts and labor, we took it back there. After a few days, I called up there and the guy told me that they had to send our truck to Detroit Motors to have them look at it. They brought it back and told them to perform ATD checklist and a low temperature regen. And that it was going to cost us almost another $1,000. When asked why we were having to pay for the same problem they didn't fix in the first they gave us excuse that it wasn't covered. We went to go pick up the truck and have someone else take a look at it, and they wouldn't release the truck back to us until we paid $275 for a diagnostic test; which they also said they FOUND Nothing! Needless to say, they will never have our service!
