The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.

He sent me my receipt through text message and also I was able to share all the addresses and information through text which to me was super easy and convenient. In 2023, I brought my vehicle to Tire Unlimited to fix the air conditioning. The issue was a bad compressor, and I paid $1,250 for the repair. Fast forward two years--my A/C stopped working again. I returned to Tire Unlimited, and the owner, Josey, told me it needed maintenance. I paid $350 for that service. Just two months later, the A/C failed again. This time, Josey said the compressor had gone bad again and quoted me $650. After a heated discussion, he reduced the price by $100. What's frustrating is that during the second visit, when I paid for maintenance, the failing compressor should have been identified. It wasn't. As a business owner myself, I expected better accountability--especially since the compressor should have been under warranty and the issue was missed during their own maintenance check. I was referred to this shop by a loyal customer of 27 years, which makes this even more disappointing. I truly regret not going to a certified Chevy dealership instead. Lesson learned. Two days following the install of a $1522.97 radiator in my 2016 Ford F150 King Ranch I…read moreexperienced severe bogging down at full throttle, along with the transmission's inability to upshift when held at full throttle. When I ask about it, the service manager said there was nothing they could've done that would have created such an issue. Two to three months back-and-forth with the transmission shop with no solution. Finally to Fairway Ford, where they discovered two plastic buttons had been left out of the air intake snorkel allowing it to choke off the intake air at full throttle. In the end I was without the use of my truck for months, while accruing over $600 in expenses to ferret out the problem. When I approached the service manager about the resolution all he had to offer was "I hate that happened to you" and quickly turned back to his computer. They told me that I would have to have three separate diagnostics (at $154.00 each) before they could work on it. This was non-refundable and NOT applied to any work done. I could stretch and see maybe two diagnostics, but three? a diagnostic for a tune-up?? I asked if the test for the tuneup should probably be "on them" because I would assume that most mechanics know how to do a tuneup. Even I could do a tune-up and have done so when I was younger! Maybe this is a trend now, but it seems to me that the customer is paying to teach the mechanic what is wrong. We went to O'Rielly's and got the diagnostics done (free) then went to my original mechanic who fixed everything for $204.00. Car runs great! I would love to know if this sort of gauging is normal in the trade now.
