On the first day, Jonathan and one of his guys unloaded two 28' trailers. They worked hard, and I felt Jonathan had quoted too low a price for the amount of work they did. He felt that as a man of his word, he should not ask for more. My wife and I decided we needed to up his pay, anyway, so we did. The next day, Jonathan and crew were working elsewhere, when I ended up dropping a safe I had been trying to move on my own. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call, so I called Jonathan. He and another of his guys came over after finishing up the project they were working in Asheville, and helped move the safe to the proper location. Once again, we thought Jonathan's requested price was too low, so we paid him more than he had requested. Hire with confidence.

He said that would be no problem; I'd have 3 men and they'd be there at 8am sharp. The morning of closing arrives and they are nowhere to be found and not answering the phone. After many lies of their ETA, they finally showed up at 10:30. We HAD to be out by 11 for the new owners. Nonetheless, the "owner" guaranteed they'd be out. Only 2 guys showed up and they barely made a dent while time was running out and the truck they chose was filling up. After calling the owner trying to relay the severity of the situation and that his workers were just complaining the whole time, I told him this was the worst experience ever. To which he responded that his workers would just take what they had on the truck and forget about the rest that was left in the house. Then he hung up on me and refused to answer my calls back. He also said I didn't tell him we were moving washer, dryer and fridge. See pics below. We ended up not being able to take our fridge, which was only about a year old. Now let's talk about the unloading part. They literally threw everything into the garage. Things were tipped over, broken, nothing was put upstairs. I had to buy another truck and move the rest of my house with help from some friends. What did we hire movers for? We had to get to the next closing so we didn't have any time to challenge it, and I was very tired of dealing with their owner's attitude and disrespect, I was charged the full $270. Do not ever use this company. You will seriously regret it!! They really seemed to just be a groups of guys that rent hauls and call themselves movers. Beware.

My fiancé and I drove to the new location and waited for about 30/40 minutes in another line only to find out that there was no truck there reserved for us like promised by worker Bryce. One of the workers at the new location even commented on Bryce being less then stellar in the past as well and making mistakes like this in attempts to rush people out of the store. Now any other store remotely near us will be closing soon, so essentially we drove 3 hours from Atlanta to just drive right back and have to come back all the way to South Carolina again to help our family member move. Traffic held me back from getting there at 630 and once I was there I explained the situation and was right away met with this fat brown dude who's in need of a haircut and a bath. Come to find out he is the manager. He was rude, nasty, and not manager material for Uhaul. As a law enforcement officer, I can tell you that if you want a safe, clean location to rent a Uhaul, this is not the place. Guys like this manager named Ruben should be fired since they represent Uhaul. I also have put a corporate complaint in as well as a complaint to the SC attorneys office for improper business dealings. This guy needs to be fired and fired quickly. No husband should ever bring their wife or kids around this idiot. Ruben if your reading this, go get a desk job away from the public. We value fresh air guy

I asked why he said something happened with the transaction. I gave him the card as I logged into my bank app. The guy charged my card another $100. I immediately asked why? He said there was an error with the system. I told him to give my cash back since he took it off my card. I got my money back.. Now that I have returned the truck they said it will take a few days to get the refund for the deposit. Fine Im ok with that. Well now 5days I get a refund of only $1.94.... I called he said well you returned the truck on 1/4 of tank. I told him that is more that what was in the truck when I got into it. He said well if you dont have proof then its your loss. Said I went over on mileage, and that was all that was left over. He said there was nothing that could be done about it without any proof of anything. These People are FULL OF SH1T!

My experience with them includes ridiculous delays, a lack of communication between departments, and employees that apparently don't do their jobs. They didn't know where my shipment was, if it was DAMAGED, or who had it last. Then out of the blue a transfer truck showed up DAYS AFTER I gave up and cancelled the order! I couldn't accept it because I had cancelled! Also, no one even called to set up a delivery time. But there's more! Days later after I cancelled and declined the delivery, I got a call to SCHEDULE the delivery. (I could never make this stuff up.) The credenza was found so they wanted to schedule the delivery! I was told it was found. This is AFTER it was brought to my home and sent back. wow. The person on the phone was totally unaware of what had happened even though I signed and wrote of my displeasure on the invoice. There's more but I'm just done. Two bright spots were Dana and the delivery driver who was very nice and understanding. Dana at Holland did try solve the problems but communication with others in that company made resolution impossible. I didn't get my credenza/bed which I really needed. Like I said...train wreck. Oh yeah...answer the phone. Sometimes there is no option to leave a message.

I write this 5 star review for Gomez Mobile repair servicing the Greenville SC area…read more I am currently residing in Thailand, I have a 1979 CJ7 in storage in Greenville SC. I was recently notified, by the storage owner, that the vehicle would not start, he believed it to be the mechanical fuel pump as the issue. I contacted Gomez Mobile repair and others eventually speaking with the owner of Gomez, Andres. Andres gave me what I believed a fair price to diagnose and install a new mechanical fuel pump, new hose and filter if needed. I supplied the parts and within two days, Andres, had been to the storage unit, confirmed the fuel pump was the problem and installed the pump. I needed the jeep running the day I return from SE Asia to Greenville. Andres kept me informed, did the work and unbelievably stuck to his price which no mobile service guy does, I was shocked. Andres is well educated on car repair and will soon have his Master ASE technician certification! Andres cost was less than half of other estimates, who after receiving their quotes, I thought they must be quoting changing out the entire engine. Andres is a reservist in the Greenville SC area and serving our great country! I cannot thank him enough, who knew but there are still honest men out there! Andres called me after the repair and talked with me about everything he did. If you require mobile repair, I sincerely believe Andres and Gomez repair deserves a call and your business!
