Not a review. You can make up your own mind what you would rate them. I was looking for an interior detail, engine bay detail and replace the window tint that was in terrible condition. They agreed they could do the work and suggested they could wrap it to look like it did when it came out of the factory. He pointed out that they would have to do some bodywork. The quote was $5700. They set me up an appointment the next Tuesday the car ready that Friday. I gave them the 500-dollar deposit. I dropped it off and reviewed what we were doing to the car and I asked how long the wrap would last and I was told 7 to 8 years because they coat it, a 600-to-800-dollar value they provided as a courtesy. The next day they told me the car needs some bodywork, which was my understanding that was included in the initial quote. I received a text with a form that stated that the wrapping process isn't perfect, and I should expect some imperfections, that could have been part the original conversation instead of waiting until they had begun work on it. I received a call that the old tint is in very bad shape and the normal means of getting it off won't work so they can either scrape it off, or find a replacement window, to which I said to just scrape it. Wednesday evening, I got a text that the wrap for the car is not there and it is on back order and may be there next Monday. I had other things to do with it so I told them to finish what they were doing and I would come get it and bring it back when the wrap came in. I got a text saying it was being overnighted, it would be there Monday latest, to which I said "so I will get the car no later than Wednesday?" (5 days late). They said yes. The next Tuesday I get a text saying that the nose of the car had been replaced and it needed to be wrapped too. When I was told it would look like it did when it was new I was assuming that meant the entire car. Wednesday I was told it would be ready at 430. When I walked around the building, I saw it sitting there and it looked amazing, however it was a couple of shades off from what I asked for and was not consulted about the color change, the owner said they got as close as they could. I could see quite a few places where it looked like some sand or something had gotten under the wrap and a few pin holes that you could see the primer through. I also noticed the trunk brake light was missing to which the owner told me it was broken and just hanging there when they got it, I had taken before pictures, it was not broken when I took it there. I was also told that due to a leak somewhere around the engine, they cleaned that as much as they could. it didn't look touched. I did not see any issues with the window tint. After I paid them, I asked about the 2-week checkup, and they assured me they would have me bring it in and they would check it and fix any issues and wash it. After a couple of days, I noticed they forgot to put the antenna and all of the badges back on. So, I put it on the list of things to address at the 2-week checkup. A friend pointed out that there was some bumping in the wrap above the grill and the wrap was just beginning to peal at the headlight, so on the list it went. 2 weeks and 2 days go by and I hadn't heard from them, so I called them, I told them I had some issues that needed to be addressed. Nothing big, but important. I was told to bring it in Monday and they would look at it. Monday, I took it in, and I'm told I need an appointment. I got an appointment for the next Thursday, so now my 2-week checkup is 4 weeks. I pointed out the issues with the wrap in front of the hood and I was told it was from the old paint, when I reminded them it was just bare sheet metal I was told it was from having to stretch the wrap. So which was it? After showing them the missing emblems and antenna, I was told that they would get those put on. Why wasn't I called and told that they forgot to put the badges back on and to bring the car in and they would correct that? Wednesday I'm told that they would be glad to put the emblems and antenna back on after I bought them and they would cover the cost. They lost my emblems and told me, the customer, replace them AND front the money? I'm told at this time that when they wrap a car, they don't put the emblems back on. This could have been pointed out to me during the original conversation, and they should have given the emblems to me at the time of pick up. The agreement was that I expected the car to look like it did when it came out of the factory. Emblems included. I texted them on Monday with the total cost of the pieces that were missing along with screenshots of each piece to verify what I had found. No response. When I picked up the car, I was told that the antenna was missing when they got the car and I was asked if I had before pictures to prove it was there, which I did and I showed the owner. read more

They did excellent work on my 2022 Kia K5. Ceramic coating, ceramic tint, PPF on the lowers and even did a partial hood wrap! Very professional and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone looking for their services offered. A++ read more
