I brought in my 2016 Highlander in for paint correction, a polished finish, a longterm seal to maintain the finish, and to tint the front windows. All my objectives were met in an afternoon. Extreme Colors, we were extreme-ly satisfied. My husband and I were PDC pick-ups on a Friday this past June and they graciously allowed us to drop off our 2020 M4 for a clear bra package, a pillar roof, rear bumper & rockers clear bra before our 600+mi drive home. At drop off & pick up of our vehicle we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism from everyone at the auto spa and quality of work we got. At Extreme, after a long day at PDC, we got to sit down a bit in their lovely waiting room with cold drinks and a snack. *Much appreciated & needed!* Sheldon, I believe is who my husband had been in contact with, was awesome, very nice, polite & personable. We were really impressed at how amazing our car looked after some Xpel film on the front and Ceramic Pro on all of the exterior (windows, rims, paint, plastic trim). The results were far better than expected. I'm not sure why we haven't done this on past cars - all suffered damage from bugs, tree sap, chips. And now we won't ever have to wax this car! Let me save you a ton of trouble. You're probably reading this review because you are shopping around for a place to have a clear bra installed on your car, windows tinted, or maybe just some paint correction work. LOOK NO FURTHER. Doug and his crew at Extreme Colors are the ONLY ones who should be working on your car! I just picked up my 2017 BMW M240I, which received Xpel Stealth full wrap on the entire car and a window tint. I couldn't be more pleased with the care that was taken to make my car exactly like I wanted it. Doug stands by his work and makes sure that everything is PERFECT. In fact, he noticed a problem with the window tint caused by the BMW slightly opening and closing it's window when the door opened and re-tinted the passenger door window just because it wasn't perfect. He stands by his products and guarantees his work, so you don't have to worry about not being happy with something. I'm also very impressed with the Xpel Stealth film. It looks absolutely beautiful (although the regular stuff does too!) and I don't have to worry about scratches and chips anymore. I have had the car back for six hours and I've had tons of compliments on it already. If you're thinking about getting any of this work done, just do it! I reached out to Doug and his team months before taking the delivery of my 2017 BMW M2. I live in Florida and was always interested in buying the car and immediately protecting the front end with some type of wrap. So my research started and I decided to look for places in South Carolina since I would be doing a BMW Performance Delivery with takes place in Greer, SC. I started to look for places in the area so the car would be protected for the 8+ hour road trip back. As I did my research of places for the protection I stumbled upon Doug's business thanks to an inquiry I made to another business, Wrap Kingz (George). After I explained to George what I was looking for he promptly recommended Doug and I researched a bit about Extreme Colors. I saw all the videos on Youtube of the BMW's Doug had worked and how the BMW Performance Center uses Extreme Colors to protect all the cars they use in the Center. Finally I decided to email them and after this I gave them a call. During the call I told them I was looking to protect the front end of my new M2 for the roadtrip but that I also planned to race on the track so I also wanted something that could protect the front from rocks and chips. Since day one they were prompt and answered all my questions. We basically had planned out everything about a month a a half before I even had my car. Since I was traveling to SC from Florida and needed to get back on the road the next day, after the Performace Center confirmed my Delivery date I planned with Doug extending my stay after getting my car one extra day to allow them to finalize the work for me so I could head back. I handed Doug and his team the keys to my brand new baby with probably less than 20 miles on it and with less than 1 hour of ownership, this is how confident I felt about their work without ever being a customer before. They took me back to the hotel and started my car that afternoon and had it ready for me next day around 10am. When I picked up the car I was concerned with some air bubbles it had, since my plan was going to FL in the next days and heading back to get it fixed if needed would be difficult. The guys aasured me that it would settle in about a week, it took about two but all the bubbles dissapeared. Doug, I want to thank you and all your team for making sure my car was afe and performing such an excellent job. I ask myself what's quality is worth all the time and the answer is usually when something is done well. But I think it goes much further than that. My wife and I have been dealing with Doug Payne at Extreme Colors and his professional staff for many years and with lots of different cars that we've owned. They have done paint work, installed clear bra, window tinting and ceramic coatings always to our satisfaction. The companies they represent are the finest in the industry with the highest levels of satisfaction. But I still think there is more and last week I believe I found out what it was. I stopped by to ask Doug a question and when I got out of my car noticed a black rubbery tar that I haven't seen before. So after I asked Doug my question I mentioned the material I saw on the front fender and Doug said let's go see what it is. We got outside, and he wasn't sure either, but he asked one of the men to get a special cleaner (not available to the public) they use for ceramic coating, so it could be removed from the car. When the car was cleaned it was obvious that there was no way I could have cleaned whatever was on the car and I might have done more damage than good. So quality is a company that takes care of and stands by their customers no matter what. Over the years Extreme Colors has gone out of its way to make sure we are always happy whatever service we were looking for. We've sold our cars back to the auto dealers for more money because of the excellent condition of the cars, and we always get compliments on how nice our cars look. I had my new vehicle treated inside and out from head to toe with Ceramic Pro. I am thrilled with the product, but as impressed with the outstanding service. I was offered a full tour of their facilities when I stopped in to inquire about products and pricing and the place is spotless. I was impressed with the assortment of vehicles and noted that they were at full capacity with some truly exotic automobiles. Extreme Colors is special. The team there are total pros and what they do to enhance the look of your cars is amazing. They did the full ceramic coating process to my 2013 Cadillac CTS V-coupe and the car looked like new when they were done. Just went in a week ago for an affordable freshen-up and again, it looks great. It's my everyday car and people can't believe it's over 6-years old.
