From the time that I was greeted, Jeff took time with me to make sure I felt welcome and at home. He explained the options for my car repair extremely thoroughly. He even provided me with questions and considerations should I go somewhere else. He graciously offered to speak to the folks who were responsible for the damage to explain the costs and the "why" behind what he was doing. He understands that the investment that we made in our vehicle was a sacrifice and one that we did not want a bad patch/paint job to mar our enjoyment and daily reminder of the accident. Every step of the way he was communicative and clear...from proactively calling me first thing Monday morning to let me know that our overnight drop off went well...all the way to delivering the car two days earlier than what was expected.
