We recently had our windows tinted for our Volkswagen Passat and we are in love. They were able to fit my husband in for an early morning appointment (8:30am) on a Friday. They were helpful and they explained everything to us.The tinting only took two hours to complete. After seeing the results, we can't figure out why we didn't decide to come to them sooner. Our car looks great and it is so much cooler on the inside. We got the darkest tint that you are legally allowed to have and the price was $260 and that even comes with a lifetime warranty. I dropped it off at 9:30 (they were not sure how long it would take due to taking off previous tint) and picked it up 3 hours later. It's a nice dark tint and they did my rear window all the way to the top. I have a lifetime warranty, so if anything happens (that I don't do to it) they will fix it free of charge. read more

Sorry Andrew had such an issue... seems very contradictory to me though after reading his review... maybe he had a tooth ache that day or something... just sayin' :) Anyway... I was in much the same situation... I don't get a chance to put many miles on my car due to the fact I drive a company truck, and she has spent most of the time I've owner her in the garage as she's mostly just a weekend cruiser. I had the opportunity to take it out on a four day trip but didn't want it sitting out in the sun unprotected for that long... so started the search lol The one thing I can say is if my day job ever falls through, this would be the business to go into... these guys are slammed :) Anyway, I found TINT SOLUTIONS, made the call, and was told that they were full... the manager took the time and called around to another of their locations and they were full as well, but was told to bring it by and they would work it in... AWESOME I went for the best stuff they sell and install, lifetime transferable warranty, and the price was very reasonable. Very much expecting to be there till close, the only expectation I had going in... since I didn't have an appointment... no problem, just happy to be sitting in the air conditioned lounge, watching Judge Judy :) Turns out an appointment was a no show, and the guys finished my car in just a couple hours... Wanted to get my car tinted and was using yelp and google to search for auto window tinting in Upstate, SC preferrably Greenville. I was trying to go by reviews, which there were very few. After making some calls and most locations being booked up for weeks, I took a chance with Tint Solutions 120 Laurens Rd, Greenville SC, 29617. Big Mistake, HUGE. Not only was it a waste of time, but a very negative and unappealing experience. -7/5 Stars Still looking to get my car tinted, only requirements? Be courteous, customer service driven and do a good job. Thanks. tl;dr Called ahead for an appointment to get my 2014 Honda Civic Si fully window tinted. Was told the rates and explained there was no need for an appointment, just to come in and drop the car off for the day. When I brought my car in I was greeted by an employee who seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I decided on the most expensive package they offered was told they would have it done that day, but they would work it in the other appointments they already had. (I called to request an appointment from the get-go mind you.) I had managed to arrange a ride back home and a ride back to the shop when it was finished. I waited out the day and after 5:00 PM I called and asked what the status was as their hours stated they closed at 5:00 on the door and online. The phone was answered by a gentleman who claimed to be the manager and also was the first person to be very rude over the phone and almost seemed frustrated a customer would call to check on their vehicle status. I asked if my vehicle had even been touched today and he stated they had not had time. I expressed my discern as I had been content with dropping it off later at a scheduled date and time to ensure the service was completed. I went to pick up the vehicle, the manager was verbally rude to me at the counter, arguing with me about what was said about the car and that they did not guarantee it would be done. Which was a complete lie as I specifically asked for an apportionment if necessary. After feeling extremely disrespected and finding out I was speaking to a manager I requested the name and number of the owner. I was refused the owners information and name, I was told there was no reason for me to contact them. There was a live camera on their reception area and just as this argument was ensuing the phone rang. The owner had called and asked to speak to me directly, when he did, he was just as nasty and disrespectful as the gentleman behind the counter. I ended up hanging up on the owner as he was just relentlessly screaming at me. I left the location and started to drive home, within 15 minutes my personal cell phone was ringing. The owner had taken my cell phone from the new customer information and called me directly. Instead of offering to fix the situation, he inquired about my threats to post a negative review and contacting the BBB. I told him I was no longer interested in his services or his terrible treatment of customers in which he responded "Are you refusing to allow me to help you?" I responded that I was not refusing assistance, just that he was clearly not offering any. He began to go into a long drawn out lecture where I was unable to speak to to his consistent "explaining" of his years in the business and making excuses for his manager. After five more minutes of this I had enough and ended the phone call. If you go to this shop, do not expect exceptional service with the finished product nor customer service. When you search for places on google for window tinting in S.C. Upstate, not much comes up, but this is not the place to go. Five star google+ rating is a hoax. BEWARE. Had two F150 Super Crew trucks tinted at different times at the Easley store. My Wife's 2010 was first. The installer removed the rear view mirror to tint the front window and didn't reinstall it correctly. When she went back to have it reinstalled properly they told her that they wouldn't do it and they weren't supposed to remove the mirror in the first place. She went to Benson Ford and teh service tech was kind enough to reattach it properly. On my 2009 thet got so much water/solution on my stereo that it stopped working and I had to send it in to Kenwood. I called and left a message with the location as soon as I picked the truck up but didn't get a call back for a couple of months. I sent the stereo in for repair and they confirmed it was water damage and I had to pay nearly $300 dollars for parts labor and shipping both ways. Roger, the owner, would not do anything to stand behind his company's work. I tried calling him several times and left several messages and when I did get in touch with him he would give the me the run around and excuses. I gave him copies of the receipts and reports from Kenwood. At first he would take my call and say he's real busy and we'll get together and get it taken care of. He finally stopped returning my calls. All I wanted was him to stand behind his work and pay for the repairs on the stereo. If you have anything done there you better make sure everything works before you sign the receipt. I'll never recommend them to anyone ever again. read more
