I scheduled a complete interior and exterior package, including deep carpet extraction and leather conditioning. The crew paid incredible attention to detail, removing stubborn seat stains and leaving the body finish smooth and glossy without any leftover polish residue. Everything was handled professionally, making the vehicle look and feel remarkably clean. read more

I have been using executive detail for 15 plus years! Whether it's a quick wash and vacuum, or a full detail, they always do the best job and have the best prices for the quality/level of service! Brock and his team always do a fantastic job. Plus, they are a huge advocate for helping control the feral cat population. We hold a huge place in my heart! I'm a local business, so I love to support local business! It's no surprise why all the car dealerships use them to clean all of their cars. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE they completely scratched my paint all over and even ripped it costing me thousands in repairs. i don't understand how bad you have to be to do a job like this... not to mention they took 9 HOURS i dropped my car off at 8am and didn't get it back until 5... if i could give negative stars i would read more

Great place to take your car, mine looks new again! Fast, friendly services and you can't beat their prices.

I have had my cars detailed in the past, and was somewhat pleased with the services I used. This was my first experience using Executive Detail and I was ecstatic when I picked up my veichle. I actually could have cried happy tears. They did a phenomenal job. Every one I en encountered were professional, explained in detail all thier plans regarding washing and detailing veichles. It was so worth the cost. I highly recommend this business B Hunter read more

Absolutely recommend this place! The owner is friendly, upfront about pricing, and did a great job cleaning my interior in a timely manner. Will be back! read more

These guys are miracle workers. Having spilled close to a gallon of gasoline in the Jeep during one of the power outage generator gas runs, I thought I was going to have to trash the Jeep due to the overwhelming odor. Brandon and his team were able to get 98% of the odor out, the remaining 2% is almost unnoticeable and should dissipate with time. My only regret was not have them clean the exterior. Thank you again Brandon and team for saving the day and my Jeep. read more

Outstanding Kenzo IGL ceramic coating for new Toyota Supra, attention to detail and overall finish was incredibly top notch and definitely shows off the curves especially on the rear quarter panels. Brandon is a true Craftsman and car enthusiast, he provided useful tips and ideas for maintaining the look going forward to preserve the upfront investment. Price and timeframe was very reasonable and beat the local competition. Check these guys out, you will not be disappointed and wonderful local family owned business too of car enthusiasts. read more

My cars interior had.....let's just say it had seen better days. With the weather being bad, they had an opening in their schedule come available (you have to make an appointment) and they got me in at 11am. The business is family owned and they are great guys. The employees were all cheerful and polite, and I felt good leaving my car with them. Now, you can't rush perfection, but at 330 pm my vehicle was ready and all I can say is WOW! My cars interior is showroom perfect, smells great and it feels so much better to drive it now. Like I said, I didn't bother with exterior detailing with the snow/ice storms occurring this week, but I can only imagine how it would have looked, based on how great they did on the interior. Total cost of interior detailing was $120, but it was worth every penny. You really do get what you pay for, and I'm glad I came here and will be back again. read more

Came when scheduled, cleaned my truck and did a great job. Very professional and organized.

Awesome people awesome job! Highly recommend them! My 2007 Ridgeline looks brand new!!

AMAZING WORK!!!!!! I will definitely go back. May make this my annual Birthday present to myself. Great customer service. My Uber didn't show up so the Owner took me to work. Guy who did my car walked me thru what he did. He cleaned areas I never considered he would (Jack area). I got the Executive Package where they clean and dress your engine. My jeep looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I am taking my Jeep to a Jeep Jam for the first time this weekend and can't wait. read more

The best place to get your cars detailed if you're wanting hand service. It's small, but they do beautiful work, and somehow they can make headlights look brand new. They wash, wax, detail, and restore headlights like new. Drop off your car, enjoy lunch nearby, and come back to a spotless car. We've used Executive several times and never been disappointed. read more

MY car had never been detailed. My wife was pretty embarrassed with the state of my car; if anyone was going to be in one of our cars, it was hers, not mine. I had to admit that it had fallen into a bad state. Ten years of burgers and Diet Cokes had left it looking abysmal. Mechanically it was perfect. Never miss d a service and took care of all the problems which hardly ever arose, but we had to sell it (I thought give it away- almost). But my wife didn't want to sell it without detailing it. So we took it to Executive. I had tried to clean upholstery with cleaning products- no luck. Well, the next day we picked it up and the ten year old interior was as close to showroom clean as could be. We were stunned. Looked brand new. Price was cheaper than I had anticipated and service was friendly. Left a tip and lots of thanks. 5 stars. read more

Worst detail ever!!! They didn't even detail my interior! And treated me like I was stupid when I asked what they even did. I know what a detailed car looks like and I could of done a better job myself. I will never refer this business to anyone. And I made the mistake of paying first entrusting they did quality service. read more

Honesty is hard to find! I took my car to executive detail and got the detail done for $225. They didn't even buff it or really detail the inside. Was totally not worth it. After complaining about not having it waxed, they said to bring it back and they would wax it. After doing so, still not impressed. Wast of time & money! I would not recommend this detail shop. They may have been good a few years ago, but not now in my opinion. If you want a $225 car wash, then I would recommend, otherwise stay clear. read more

Brock Sanders' Executive Detail is outstanding. I looked for quite awhile to find the right shop to detail my BMW. After stopping in and talking to Bud, I knew I'd found the right place. This is a business run by car enthusiasts who take their work very seriously. Brandon handled my car and did an absolutely exceptional job. Very close attention to detail. Overall, it was a great experience and I really appreciated the genuinely friendly, honest way these guys approach the business. M5 approved! read more

Took my husband's car in for detailing. They did a good job, considering there was an enormous amount of dog hair all over. The windows could've been cleaned better - they were left streaked. Took my car in a couple of days later for the same detailing, and was not so happy... Glove box was untouched. Windows were foggy and streaked. Driver's side floor was not vacuumed. Floor mats (rubber) were not cleaned at all, just rinsed with plain water. Trunk area and under the rear seat was not cleaned at all. After I got home I spent an hour cleaning my car. I called and spoke with the owner and was told I should've brought the car back instead. He agreed to give me a partial refund for my trouble. The following day I was told they weren't able to refund to my credit card (not sure why), but a refund would be mailed to me. It is now 16 days later and I have yet to receive a refund. What could have been an ongoing business relationship has now soured. Not only will I never go there again, I will tell all my friends to go elsewhere. It's unfortunate the owner did not keep his word. read more

Services Purchased: Wash, Wax, Detail, Buffing of scratch This was a conflicting review to write. I called and they were able to get me in same-day, dropped the car off around 0845 and was told it'd be ready between 1300-1400. Wasn't able to pick it up until after 1700 much to my dismay. The scratch repair came out better than I expected it could. This was exciting. However the wash, wax, and detail of the service left a good bit to be desired. There are dirt/adhesive(?) spots on the paint that when rubbed with a paper towel come off that appear to have been missed. The interior appears glossed over with mediocre attention. In general, I wouldn't consider this a bad service. However, it wasn't the quality or attention that I was expecting given the reputation and price they command at Executive Detail. If asked to recommend them, I could not. read more

Stopped in based on the sign they have out front about headlight restoration. Was greeted inside by a gentleman I take was probably the owner. Very friendly. We walked out to look at my headlights. They were bad. Like really really bad. To the point where if they weren't on the front of a car you wouldn't know what they were. He was optimistic and said he would give it a shot. I'd say 30 or so minutes later I walked out to what looked almost as good as new headlight. All for the same price that I could have bought a kit for and attempted to do it myself. I can only image it would have taken me twice as long and gotten me half the results. Very glad I gave them a shot. read more

This place did an exceptional job on my black Acura TL that had been beaten up and left neglected over the past 1.5 years. I've used many detailing centers in various states over the past 9 years and this place ranks at the top. They were very knowledgeable about compounds and clay bar detailing and brought my car back to like new condition with the Executive Compound service. I'm very glad I came cross this place and it's very close to downtown Greenville. read more

I've been really impressed with the service from Executive Detail. They are the best in our town at getting rid of pet hair. They've been able to schedule me within a day each time I requested service. They are among the most expensive in the area, but definitely worth it. read more

Interior looked great, the rest was so poorly done for the $200 package. Maybe our expectations were too high, but we will not be back

They quoted me around less than $250 for a job that another shop quoted 450-700$ for. My family's been using them for years and you can tell they're not milking anything out of you, but, rather just doing what needs to be done. The staff member who quoted me was very polite, quick, and reassuring. 10/10! read more

Dropped my car off today (9/28/17) early morning for the Executive Detail package with head light restoration. I was told everything would be completed by day end. When I went to pick up my vehicle which was a Jeep Cherokee there was barely anything done to it. The exterior of the car was still dirty including black dust on the tires, all door frames were still were dirty, and bugs were still under the front. The gentleman working was clearly going to take advantage of me by telling me I would still pay for the service. I disagreed with him on this and said I would agree with paying for the interior only. During conversation the words said to me were "I am sorry you are unhappy but we have plenty of customers that get good service and will come back. We don't necessarily need your business." I was very shocked and unhappy with this comment. I would not recommend company due to their poor customer service and their lack of detail with cleaning in their top package. Attached are pictures taken when I picked my car up. read more

This is the third time in the last couple of years that I've used Executive Detail and AGAIN their performance was outstanding! I've been using my Porsche Macan for the last 6 months while renovating our house; it has transported lumber, cement, drywall, brick, mulch, and landscaping products. Needless to say, it looked (and smelled) like a truck. I picked it up tonight after interior and exterior detailing and it looked like a new car! Every scratch and blemish had been removed, and I couldn't believe my eyes - - - I will never go anywhere else and heartily recommend them. Somehow, mortar had been "spewed" across the hood and I anticipated I would be in need of a new coat of paint. But these guys got every spot off and the finish is flawless; there was a 'nominal' cost for the extra effort but was worth every cent. I am 100% satisfied and overjoyed with the result; don't waste your time, money, or effort looking for a better detailing job. These guys are fantastic! read more

Love the place... But I think they like to rush cars through sometimes... The cleaning of brake dust gets left out some times also insect debris on the front of the hood. But if pointed out they will handle it so that's good. read more

Took my F-150 in for a full executive detail package. It had a few scratches and normal wear for a 2 year old truck. When I picked it up it was almost as new. First time using Executive Detail and my vehicle looks great. The customer service sets this apart from other detail shops.

Did a great job on my car. My car had stains on the seats and floorboards/mats. I went in hoping they'd make it look half way decent but got my car back looking brand new. Will use these guys for all future detailing needs. read more

I took my Lexus IS250 to be detailed today. I chose Package 5 which is a $200 detail job. I scheduled the appointment on Friday to be there between 9am - 10am. I dropped the car off right at 9am and was told that it would take 4-5 hours to be complete. It got to be 3pm and had not heard from them. I called and the gentlemen told me that it had just been completed and he was getting ready to call me. I got there and they had a bit of a difficult time locating my key fob. That was the first downfall as they should be better organized. Upon getting into my car, I noticed that my exhaust pipes had not even been touched. They were still solid black when they should be chrome. I also noticed that whatever leather conditioner that was used was dripping down my driver side seat (see attached pic). I drove off as I was headed to a doctors appointment. After I finished with my appointment, a friend of mine had throughly looked the car over. At this point it was enough that I drove back to their shop. I was told that it www basically just excess from "pressure washing." There were multiple spots with excess wax, dirt underneath rear view mirrors, dirt located near my license plate, dirt inside the gas cap, doorjambs appeared to have not been touched. The list could go on and on. I will not be going back to this establishment. I didn't even mention to them how bad the widows look with smudges. Please keep in mind that this was a $200 detail package so my car should look brand new. It basically looks like I took it thru one of those car washes that you pay $20 for. I'm sure that my review does not matter to them based on other reviews on here, but when you pay the kind of money that I did, you expect much better results. read more

First off, I will say that my car looks better than what I brought in.... but was it $200 better? Absolutely NOT. My husband got me a gift for the executive detail package. We had a 9:30am appointment and was told it would be ready around 3pm. At 4:30pm we still had not heard from them and called to find out when the car would be finished. They said they still had 30 minutes left to finish it up. I really don't know what they were doing in those 30 minutes but they were not working on any detailing. We were unimpressed from an initial look through but as I drove back home and got an even closer look, I was really disappointed. The pictures I provide are what I took on my way home. Here's the thing - I pay roughly $30 at a local carwash to have their superior wash all the time. What I got from Executive Detail was no better than what I get for $30 at the local car wash. While the car looks better than it did - I expect waaaay more than what I got for $200. Save your money folks and go somewhere else that gets the job done at a fraction of the price. read more
