I brought in my 2016 Highlander in for paint correction, a polished finish, a longterm seal to maintain the finish, and to tint the front windows. All my objectives were met in an afternoon. Patrick and his crew gave my A7 the basic ceramic coating -- body paint repair and correction, glass, wheels, and bright metal trim. That was in April, '23, fifteen months ago, and now all I have had to do to keep it looking new is hose it off occasionally and sometimes wipe it down with a rag or little car mop. I do have to spray the wheels with solvent cleanser and hose them down to get the brake dust off. I am amazed! I spent a few days at the beach last week -- sticky salt spray -- so I am going to get Pro Tek to give it a real wash. IMHO, you can't do better than ProTek in Greenville, SC.

Came home once and noticed some scratch marks on the back rear bumper corner. Then the next time we went we notice scratch marks right in front of the drivers side door. Both obviously happened at Waves Car Wash. We showed the scratches to management. They said, oh yeah. That's bad. We'll take pictures and submit a claim for you. Called a few days later and said the claim as refused because the scratches weren't consistent with scratches made at a car wash. Pretty convenient excuse. Management don't really seem to care at all. E cancelled our monthly car wash subscription. No apologies, no offer of any refund, just basically "don't let the door hit you on the way out." If you value the appearance of your car, I would never trust it with Wave's Car Wash. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Just a horrible business. Avoid at all costs.
