If I could leave negative stars at this point I would. If you notice all of the reviews have very similar stories with very similar replies from Cody. He lures people in and then smacks an upcharge on them only to berate them when they leave negative feedback. Cody as a business owner this is not how you go about improving your image or business. If you hear constant complaints about the same issues one should address those issues, not throw shade at the consumer. You state it was the upcharge that got me upset and not the lack of communication/ rescheduling. News flash I'm unhappy with the entire experience from start to finish. Now you come on here proclaiming that yelp needs to verify users stories. Why not just own up to your own mistakes and bad business practices? I believe perhaps groupon needs to verify business that use their service. I am a real person and this really happened. Nothing more to verify. You cancelled the first time without letting me know I had to call and confirm to find out. The same goes for the 2nd attempt when you got sick you never let me know until I called. Then you change my appointment from 10 to 1030 even though I had text confirming my time. Bottom line is the review is true and here to stay and as long as it keeps just 1 person from using your service it's done its job. Unbelievable, this guy is scammer! I called Cody ahead of time and asked what the cost would be to fully detail the interior of my friend's Honda Pilot because they had a Groupon for $49 for full interior cleaning. First thing he did was raise the cost to $75 because it was a Pilot, fine. Then he offered $95 for the interior and an exterior clean, also fine. So I send my friend over there and because she had some chicken that fell on the carpet and leaked some juices, he raises the cost to $150.00!! Does a full interior not get rid of chicken juice, which by the way happened the same day? I will never go to this guy and make sure I will tell anyone I know not to go here either. Definitely not blessed hands, I will tell you that. Update, the owner of this fine establishment just texted me and called me a sleazebag for writing a review and threatened to call his close friends at Yelp to have me blocked for life. So my truck was embarrassingly dirty. I called BHAD and they got me in same day. The owner was very professional, punctual, and very detail oriented. He actually takes pride in his work and it shows. I really can't believe what an amazing transformation my truck went through today. read more

Cody is terrible, I've never dealt with anyone or any business this unprofessional. On the day of my appointment I called right before I left to confirm and he said they were closed. Um, what? He was going to let me drive up there for an appointment that he wasn't going to make and not call me to let me know this. Okay, fine glad I called. Made a second appointment for a later date. I called the same day like before to confirm. Guess what? He was closed. AGAIN he was going to have me travel to his "business" to an appointment he would not make. Okay again glad I called him. So for the third time I rescheduled my appointment through text that stated "10:30", I called him same day and said yes but the appointment time was 10. I didn't mind as earlier worked better for me. Shows that he has no real appointment system. I was taking a mini car to get detailed on the inside, a Chevy spark for reference. We do have one pet and he said it would be an additional $40 for the hair. (We were paying $50 already to have it detailed. So, $90 now) and yes there was pet hair but not an excessive amount and again, its a mini car. I expressed to him that I thought that was kinda high and that there isn't as much space that needs to be cleaned as a sedan. He stated it would take the same amount of time to do my car as it would a regular sedan. Are you serious? The literal amount of space is less. I would have paid more but hes quick to overcharge for larger vehicles but isn't lowering this rate for a smaller car. He didn't try to come to a solution (as I would have paid an additional fee just thought 40 was too much) All he said was that I don't have your money yet, you can leave. So, I did. Cody has no organization, horrible customer service and was just trying to scam to make money not run an actual legitimate business. Do NOT use this shop! I took my wife Dodge Journey in to get detailed and it was only 1 yr old but I know keeping the exterior clean and waxed prolongs the life of the paint and against my better judgement I didn't take it to my regular place (Nick's on Haywood) because my wife bought a Groupon to this place so I took a shot. During the time they had it, it began to get overcast so no direct sunlight plus when I picked it up it was under an awning. But as I started to walk around the car I could easily see cloudy dull patches all over the car and I wasn't pleased so I voiced my displeasure and the owner had the nerve to tell me it happened due to acid rain!! First off let's say that made a lick of sense why wouldn't he have pointed it out prior to me having to catch it myself?? Second acid rain leaves spots on the paint after sitting long enough for the water to dry leaving the residue behind and there was no such done. I was unable to get a refund from groupon so buyer beware there as well. I immediately took it to Nicks and explained what I've explained here and was told it couldn't have been caused by acid rain and they listed off about 3-4 reasons it could've occurred and every one was due to negligent incompetence!! Nicks fixed it up and only charged me half price! I rarely write yelp or any other reviews though I know I should but I don't want to see anyone else get such shoddy workmanship and lose out on their hard earned money! Teddy L. That's absolutely ridiculous and anyone that was in business to stay in business would've made certain I didn't leave that building without doing everything possible to fix the mistake.
