I dropped my car off Oct 21st to get the turbo replaced. Was told that we messed up the seal on the…read morethe turbo ( we ordered the turbo from eBay and did not touch it at all.) While my car was there the called to say my rear window was broke when an employee tripped with a wrench. Turns out the messed up the seal when they were inspecting the turbo. The window was replaced but when I got my car back Nov 4 ( 2 weeks later at 10:45pm on a Friday night) the glass was shattered all the way under my trunk latch in the trunk and everything was wet and the back latch did not close. The AC did not work ( we found out the wires were completely ripped out) and a massive exhaust leak pouring in to my car when driven and the replacement window was so poor quality it distorted the rear view while driving. Returned the car on Nov 8 to fix these problem. Was called and told the car is now in limp mode. My husband went to go help the figure out why. Upon inspection he noticed some epoxy on a part that came loose. The owner said there was a hairline crack and they tried to seal it. My husband said you could tell it was completely busted and tried to patch it. It has now been another 2 weeks ( today is November 21) and my car is still not back. Mind you this past month I have had to walk 3 small kids to and from school in all weather conditions, had to have my husband take off of work to bring me to major appointments ( this company knew in advance these were coming up and I needed my car) and have had to have my husband go in late for work so he could take the kids to school when the temperature was 32° in the morning. ( he drives a manual car which I'm not the best at driving so I don't.) Most Friday's I called to ask about my car and was told they would call back. Then they would not call back and I would have to wait until I called again on Monday's. In my personal opinion this company and some employees are unprofessional, untruthful, inconsiderate, and don't really care about their customers.
