Love, love Waves! Low price wash club makes the decision simple! DO join the club and you're ushered in within seconds! My car is jet black and, because of the color, it does accumulate dust and road debris but I can use Waves daily and my car comes out looking awesome every time! Service is so quick, simple and exceptional that you're never waiting! Headed to work, Waves is your answer for a quick but exceptional wash! There are vacuuming stations, they're very simple to use, can be used anytime at your leisure and they're the best vacuuming system one could ask to have! I'll be moving away from the Powdersville area and would hope to find service as great as Waves offers, although it doubtful. They don't have a location near where I'll be moving, sadly. I'll certainly miss the luxury, service and convenience Waves provides! read more

Waves is always quick and very easy to move through, even when there is a line. The equipment does a great job and so does the staff! The vacuums are strong, the spaces are wide enough to work around your car without crowding your neighbor. Today, Nick stopped by and offered to wash my mats and he handed me a couple of free air fresheners. Great service at a really good price! 5 Stars! read more

We had gone through to get my wife's car washed and Jackson had taken care of us! He was extremely caring and seemed extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had asked! If he's not a manager already he's definitely was manager material! read more

If I could give this car wash a zero stars, I would. We have a brand new Ford Explorer. Bought the monthly package. Came home once and noticed some scratch marks on the back rear bumper corner. Then the next time we went we notice scratch marks right in front of the drivers side door. Both obviously happened at Waves Car Wash. We showed the scratches to management. They said, oh yeah. That's bad. We'll take pictures and submit a claim for you. Called a few days later and said the claim as refused because the scratches weren't consistent with scratches made at a car wash. Pretty convenient excuse. Management don't really seem to care at all. E cancelled our monthly car wash subscription. No apologies, no offer of any refund, just basically "don't let the door hit you on the way out." If you value the appearance of your car, I would never trust it with Wave's Car Wash. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Just a horrible business. Avoid at all costs. read more

Nick helped clean my car including tire shine and washed my mats. He also gave me two free car fresheners.

The service is great there l have been a member for almost 10 years i love the gospel music that they play there the people is so nice and friendly . The best car wash on this side of heaven. Keep up the good work read more

This was fast and efficient. My car was seemingly attacked by birds so I decided to try out this car wash because it had good reviews. There was a promo code to get the first wash for free. Towels and window cleaner were available after the drive through wash. The unlimited monthly packages were fairly priced in my opinion. read more

This is one of the nicest car washes I've been to. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that the vacuums actually had decent suction. And the price for a regular car wash is a pretty good deal. read more

Waves Express Car Wash - Going Through the Car Wash! - Car Wash Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

this is the best wash around town! love it and have been using them for a year. excellent customer service!

I have a friend with probably 3 million dollars worth of cars in his "Jay Leno" looking barn. He will not take any of his cars to anyone for a wash except Waves. So he talked me into buying a couple of Porsches... I will not take mine anywhere except Waves either. Your car sits on a large conveyor belt here. Other places have steel rails that guide your wheels through the wash. Your wheels stand some chance of coming in contact with metal as they are being dragged by some chain driven chocks... That's not the case at Waves since the entire vehicle is being carried gently. No metal to mess up those wheels. The equipment here is also more gentle and more effective than you find at other places. I have talked with the owner about how they get brake dust off your wheels (which they are very effect at doing)... They buy some superior grades of soap and have mix that does an outstanding job removing grime from wheels. Likewise all their cleaners seem to do a superior job of cleaning. My car comes out much cleaner here than anywhere else. They have great vacuums, stacks of real cloth towels that are moist for you to use, along with spray bottles of cleaner that you are able to use for detail work. Excellent place, not anymore expensive than the inferior places around... definitely a go to place. I will be back. read more

There is a definite value there. The wash is thorough and affordable. I wouldn't consider a different carwash. read more

I just don't think I get the service that I pay for . I always choose the one that washes under my car . my car is never sprayed off and today the mat machine wasn't using water only hot air . I tried to find an employee to ask about the different washes that's chosen and am i really getting what i purchase so many cars are coming through on each lane . how is it being kept up with the car of purchase. i feel like you choose an option and oay more money but every customer gets the same cheap wash . powdersville SC 153 location read more

I received class A customer service from Matt B Very helpful dressed my tires with a five star Attitude very friendly and professional reminded me that I am washing my car at the right place. I received a good sign up discount from a different car wash but why try to fix something that isn't broken. God bless you get 5 stars read more

Really like Waves. I've used them at 2 different location, Greenville and Powdersville and they both have great employees and provide all needed equipment to clean your car. The wash itself is very good and the supplies at the outdoor stations are always complete. read more

The car wash has nice features like towels, a mat wash and unlimited vacuum time. I was a little disappointed though I paid extra for a tire shine and saw no difference from before. I also had to use the towels to wipe off some things on the hood. I looked for an employee to ask about the tires but didn't see one. I've been once before in my car vs now in my suv and didn't have issues but this was a little disappointing. read more

I visited Waves Express Car Wash in Powdersville on 12/20/23 and I was extremely happy with the service I received! They have a new manager, Matt B. who saw me vacuuming the rugs from my car and came over to tell me about the self-service machine that they have that will wash your rugs for you! Matt even walked over to the machine with me to show me how it works and informed me that if the rugs don't come out as clean as I would like them to be, they'd pressure wash them for me for free. Best customer service experience! read more

It was the best wash my minivan has ever had! Even my back window got clean. It has an 'overhang' under which the window stays dirty. Other car washes always miss that section. AND my husband commented on how clean the rims and tires got. The cloths, cleaning spray, and vacuum provided at the end of the wash were also great. Nice staff, too! read more

We like Waves Car Wash (other locations). The best one is located in Simpsonville, followed by Woodruff Rd. We recently moved to the area and we have visited the Powdersville loacation a couple times. If compared to Simpsonville, I rate this location a 3 at best. The wash doesn't seem as good as the other two locations. The vacuums also have lower suction. Employees are just as friendly... it's the equipment that doesn't meet our expectations. read more

The car wash is very clean. There are also plenty of clean microfiber clothes to wipe/clean your vehicle. The vacuums are also have great power. Customer service was outstanding. read more

It is a roll through self service wash. But for 6-12 bucks you get a good clean car and free vacuums and towels to finish the interior.

A quick and inexpensive place to give your car a good washing. You can also use the vacuums for free when you get out of the wash. The few times we have interacted with the staff they have been really nice. read more

I got s fantastic car wash today at Waves on Woodruff Rd. Both locations provide a safe and affordable car wash. The sparkling shine after the car wash looks so much better than the load of dust and pollen I was carrying around. I will be back. I also love that they offer a monthly special that allows you to go through daily. Also, the waves of soap smells so great. read more

Don't waste your money on the wash cards. Mine swiped multiple times now those washes are gone. Never again.
