It is a brushless operation and has a good dryer on your way out. There is an attendant on site during the day if you need any assistance. Vacuum is available at $1.00 for four minutes or $5.00 for twenty minutes. A good car wash is needed in this area as your car can quickly become dirty inside and outside driving through Mountain Roads some of which are gravel.

I reached vis my complaint number and stated this was a mistake and if anyone didn't reach out I would contact the BBB and file a dispute with my bank on the charge. The next day I received a response that my account was canceled per my request. I asked about reversing the charge and was told to dispute it with my bank. My advice is stay away from this company. Poor quality and poor customer service are bad ways to build a business.

Attendant scans windshield code, waves me in and tells to put in neutral, pushed buttons and goes to sit down. Still, after long-term membership, its 50/50 at best. Most times the attendant does not do any prep and the result is bugs still on the front, mirrors and the back is dirty. Many times their is no suction at the self-serve vacuums. Today I again asked the attendant to prep my car before entering the wash. I was told that they no longer spray off front, rear, mirrors "due to liability issues." I told the attendant that the low quality of their machinery was such that my cart does not come out clean. Tomorrow I will cancel membership. For $40/month, I think that it's reasonable to expect a clean car after going through their car wash.
