I visited Shine On Seneca Carwash last week for the first time. However these human scrubbers sent my truck through so quickly, I go the impression they hadn't had enough time to brush all the spots they'd intended. I had to ask that they scrub under the wiper blades so that the windshield was completely clean. When I got home and looked at my truck, there was a large splatter that looked like dirt on the tailgate that hadn't been cleaned. I've taken a picture of it. When I ran my fingers over it, it appeared to have some grease, though it wasn't super stubborn. I live 40 mintues from Shine On Seneca, and drove out of my way to return to see about having my truck re-washed. I paid $20 for your service, and have a copy of it on my bank statement. When I addressed the issue with the manager there, she said that your 'policy' would not allow her to rewash my truck. She said that unless I'd examined and discovered my dirty truck and brought it to her attention before I drove away, she couldn't make it right. I told her that I'd gone out of my way to address this failure and she said, "People lie.", implying that I was lying! I found that offensive and a real shame. I told her that she was risking losing me as a customer unless she gave me what I paid for. She said she didn't care. I look to do business with honorable people.. professional people who look into your eyes with understanding, who are willing to listen and stand behind their product or service. Apparently, Shine On Seneca is not one of them. Sincerely, a sorely disappointed (past) customer.

It is a brushless operation and has a good dryer on your way out. There is an attendant on site during the day if you need any assistance. Vacuum is available at $1.00 for four minutes or $5.00 for twenty minutes. A good car wash is needed in this area as your car can quickly become dirty inside and outside driving through Mountain Roads some of which are gravel.
