She showed me all the women's belts and nothing really worked for what I needed. Then she said "you know, some of our men's belts are unisex and there's one that might work for you." While she tracked it down, she saw that I was carrying a lot of bags and she offered to keep them behind the counter for me. I honestly never would've thought of looking on the men's side or the store for anything for myself and low and behold - they had a belt that was perfect! After deciding on exchanging it for the next size up, the associates were very kind and helpful during the whole process of ordering the blazer in store to be shipped to my house. They even called customer service to get more information about shipping times (since it is close to Christmas) which was unparalleled. They left a very good impression so I will definitely be back. It makes me wish the BR didn't close down in my hometown. 10/10

She likes to pick out clothes for me, which is great! But the associate that attended us was very helpful with matching and pointing out various combinations for the items we chose. So, this weekend, first day of spring 2022, we hit JAB to buy a suit. The assistant manager waited on us. It was a busy day, so she was pulled into a few other directions for questions, but we never felt slighted in that process as we were helped by others in the meantime. I wound up purchasing two custom suits, four ties, two casual shirts and two dress shirts and some socks. I was able to use a few JAB rewards that I had accumulated from the first visit and got more than $75 off in coupons in addition to the sale items. This just happened to coincide with their semi-annual custom suit sales event. Who knew? Bottom line, unless the delivery from China gets screwed up, or the quality is less than previous experiences, this place met all of our expectations.
