When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. Lo and behold when we arrived home it was not 16 gauge and didn't fit. My daughter took the jewelry back and was told she couldn't get a refund but could exchange for other merchandise. The only thing she needed from their store was the jewelry. Next, I called to talk to a manager who told me they only do exchanges. I asked her if it was fair for an employee to misrepresent the product and then refuse to exchange it. Apparently in her mind it is because she told me once more their policy is no returns on jewelry. Buyer beware.

I've passed this rather upscale ladies apparel store many times! After much consideration about what approach to take when entering here I just decided to be honest and tell the truth. A very genuinely nice lady welcomed me to the store and that sure put me at ease! I told her that I would like to take some pictures and do a Yelp review. She said that was fine. As I'm looking around the place I noticed ladies clothes that I could tell were above par. This is an upscale place on a Main Street that could pass for a Mayberry episode! There was also a jewelry case ( costume jewelry) that looked genuine! Nothing cheap or trashy looking here. I complimented the owner and told her I would tell my wife about place. I think she would like it! What a neat surprise this was! I recommend highly this store!
