The fitting went well with the exception that the dress we ordered was nearly completely sheer; significantly more than the sample dress. We were comforted with Madison Carolina's offer to send lining so Lauren would be comfortable and the dress would be acceptable to wear in her church wedding. Unfortunately, despite many attempts communication with the store, we did not receive the fabric until just shy of 12 WEEKS from her fitting. It is worth noting the staff is very friendly and accomodating during the on-site visits. Their gowns are beautiful with something for many brides. I want to leave a 5 star review, but until the poor communication, lack of organization, empty excuses, and lack of apology improves, I can not recommend this bridal and prom store.

Really though, the management here is quite mediocre, alongside corporate policies. Starting at some point in June, they completely restricted customers from purchasing gift cards unless they were $50, $100, 150, etc. You cannot even add money to a gift card for personal use per corporate and management. This is insane, and restrictive of purchases for merchandise from the official store. When I go to talk to official support from corporate, they literally labeled their team as Customer Education and that "somebody will be here to educate you shortly." Very insulting for anybody who has a legitimate issue to be told "you will be educated shortly." if the company itself doesn't want my money for the merchandise, then I will just buy it from eBay and look for alternative brands that actually want my business. Since lululemon is saying screw you to me and many other previously loyal customers, I will just take my business elsewhere and stay away from Lululemon's corporate owned storefronts. See ya...

If you are heading on a cruise, beach vacation, or just live where you'll be in the water a lot, this is a fun place to find a unique suit or swimsuit cover. I will likely go back for a special occasion (like if I need a swimsuit for my honeymoon or a beach photoshoot) but the prices were a bit high for me. I couldn't fathom spending $60-$100 on a swimsuit. Again, unless it's a special occasion. So expect to drop a little extra cash here. But the quality of each suit seems well made. My BIGGEST complaint is that not many of the swimsuits offer nipple covers/pads. Ladies, I know you feel me on this. It's kind of a "must" if you plan on looking halfway decent getting out of water in a wet bathing suit. There are other things to shop for here as well besides suits and covers.
