Since the first day I walked into this establishment Kevin and Angi have customized everything about my look starting with my tuxedo for my wedding. I stopped in multiple times throughout my experience, was educated on styles, fits and general etiquette for formal wear but had the luxury of a humble and tailored experience from Kevin and Angi. These two took copious amounts of time to customize my look and make sure I felt great and confident in an outfit that will be looked back on for my entire life. Another great aspect of this group is that Angi is the in-house tailor, they cut out the middle man.They get all of their products from high-end, high quality clothing suppliers so the materials will last a lifetime with the proper treatment. You can't find this material at your local chain clothing stores. I responded so quickly, I got a new order number that was only three order numbers later. I received a generic response from a "no reply" email address that said, "We're on it!" Ah, no they weren't. They never responded directly. I received a notification of pending shipping of the order i requested multiple times to cancel again from a no reply email address. I called them again and was on hold so long I had to hang up. Again, I sent another email telling them not to ship the first order as it was an error in size. No Generic response this time. nothing. They shipped both orders four days later anyway. And now they won't take the first one back. In fact in my packages I received instructions on how to return items, and they don't work either. Stay away from the Southern Tide online shop if you expect or care about customer service. I'd offer zero stars if it was an option.

Friendly and helpful staff always greet you when you walk in. They have a wide range of clothes for great prices. All types of brand from Fear of God to Nike to New Balance. The size that's on the rack isn't the only size they have. The staff will always check the back to see if they have more sizes available. They go up to a men's 13 in shoes and some styles even a 14. Remember to bring back your reusable blue bag you get at checkout. Because on your next visit, you get a 10% discount!
