Both my girlfriend and daughter had no previous experience playing the guitar. Their progress has been amazing. My girlfriend can now play multiple songs including the Beatle's Blackbird, Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling in Love, and Little Feet's Willing. My daughter is also making great strides in her guitar skills despite being very young. Jon is clearly a professional instructor who can successfully train people of different age groups and adjust his teaching method based on each individual student's needs. Based on our experience, I can enthusiastically recommend Jon to anyone seeking an outstanding guitar instructor.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mom on Mother's Day through the internet (I live out of…read morestate) and I always get nervous about how the flowers will look like and if they will get there on time. Lemon Floral Design did a fantastic job. My mom was very pleased. As flowers are seasonal, the bouquet did not look exactly like the website, but the florist replaced the seasonal flowers with local grown flowers. I thought that was a great idea to support local. I got text messages alerting me that my mom's flowers were on the way and when they got delivered. There was even a tracking map for the delivery driver. I would recommend this shop for anyone wanting fresh flower delivery for a picky mom!

I'm interested in a pair of speakers they carry so I filled out my info on their "Contact Us" page…read moreon their website. That was three months ago and I NEVER got a reply. So, I called two days ago and spoke to Kurt about the speakers and inquired about them accepting trade-in speakers. I figured they wouldn't because I purchased them a while ago from a different dealer, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Kurt informed me he'd need to ask the owner and call me back. As I stated that was two days ago, and I never got a call back. I just called again and Kurt informed me that he "handed it off" to the owner and he was supposed to call me, which never happened. I guess the $7,500 (before tax) I was going to spend to simply pick up a pair of speakers means I am not worth the time it takes to make a simple phone call. Luckily Crutchfield carries the same speakers for the same price and they are quite interested in my money. I wanted to support a local brick and mortar store instead of an online behemoth, but unfortunately I cannot think of a reason to support such poor customer service.

I waited for over 10 minutes and the owner was chatting with a pal and didn't help us. I left and…read morethen my boyfriend apparently tried out a guitar as he does at other music stores, and the owner kicked him out of the store. I called back today to follow up and see if we could come try out some of the beginner-friendly guitars, the owner berated me unbelievably over the phone, called me a liar, and explicitly said multiple times that I have never stepped foot in his store, which is untrue. Rather than taking accountability for poor customer service and working with us to meet us in the middle, he repeatedly insulted us personally, called us liars, and yelled at me without letting me get a word in for about 10 minutes before hanging up. Maybe if they kept an eye on the front desk, they would've recognized me. This is the first review I've left on the store, but he also accused me of leaving a previous one star review, which was pending and invisible until now. Based on my interaction over the phone, I gathered that he personally stalked my boyfriend's name and information on Google reviews to find out that I am associated with him, connect me to my phone number, and berate me. Absolutely unprofessional and inhumane. He refused to check the cameras and called me a liar, called us immature 10-year-olds , etc., while I calmly explained to him that his behavior was very unprofessional. As professional music teachers and musicians ourselves, my partner and I highly recommend Ken Stanton, Guitar Center, or Music and Arts. This man treated us incredibly hatefully and the quality of his gear is not competitive with other options in the same mall, so you would think he would make up for it with customer service. Do not come here unless you wanna be yelled at and spoken down to, and price-gouged.
