STOP. MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES. HARASS PEOPLE. I just want to browse. The odds of me buying anything go exponentially down with your people hovering aggressively everywhere. Because now I'm trying to look unapproachable instead of actually looking at products! I can't even tell you about prices or deals because I was SO CONSCIOUS of all the swarming employees. We were standing in a triangle, backs out, having an ACTIVE conversation, and someone interrupted. We said no thanks. THEY KEPT TALKING. then I was telling another family member that exact story -- once again in a circle -- and we were interrupted AGAIN! When I went in the store TWICE to resolve it they told me they couldn't help me without a pin. I called them at their service number and got the same response. This leaves the consumer with NO WAY OF RESOLVING AN ISSUE. Congrats T-Mobile on figuring out a way to make more money. My second trip into the store I had to make it evident I was not leaving without a resolution. I literally called customer service in front of all their customers and put it on speaker. I FINNALY got one of the store reps to take five or so minutes to confirm my identity with the phone rep who then told me they would pro-rate my bill and to ignore it and wait for another. When I received the new bill, it was for the full amount. T-Mobile, you suck. You have lost my business for life.
