I walked into this location about 7:30 on Saturday night (30 minutes before they closed). I know it can be frustrating when a customer walks in right before close. Both Brandon and Kenneth greeted me nicely. I told them the situation about my son breaking is iPhone and that I was trying to replace with an unlocked iPhone 8 Plus I had just acquired. I also told them about the other store telling me it could not be activated. They both told me that this was not true and that they could activate the phone without issue. I provided them my account info and Kenneth worked diligently until close to activate the phone using a new SIM. I was extremely grateful they took their time to provide excellent customer service. The service provided here was the polar opposite to the rude and false information I was provided at the scenic hwy location. I want to give a shout out to Kenneth and Brandon at this Lawrenceville-Suwannee Rod location.
