On Sunday, May 3, 2026 @ 2:45pm, I visited the store on Hudson Bridge Rd. to purchase a battery. When I arrived, an associate let me inside but then I was told by two different associates that the store was closed. After I pointed out the store hours for Sunday are 10am- 5pm, I was told that the manager allowed them to close the store early that day, and I was asked to leave, even though I was already inside the store and confirmed that I definitely wanted to buy a battery, and was not there to waste time. Had some faith in humanity restored today, 6/4/25. Took my cell phone in to the Hudson Bridge Stockbridge GA location to discuss repairs that I believed it needed (charge port replacement and - while it's open - battery replacement) as charging had steadily become more intermittent - a real PITA to get it into charge mode when plugging in. After the gentleman at the counter gave me pricing and the timeline and I said to go ahead with the parts replacement, he asked to check out the phone. After a few minutes working on it at their service desk, he showed me that the charging was reliable again after he'd cleaned an accumulation of lint from inside the port. He also cleaned some general grime that had accumulated between the protective case and the phone as well as showing me that the battery was not in need of replacement yet. He could have easily (and understandably) done as I had asked and proceeded with parts replacement that would have been right around $200, required another trip to the store, and a wait of three hours. Instead, I left the store having spent considerably less, both in money and time. His honesty, integrity, and service are commendable. read more

The problem I have with this store was when I walked in the guys who were running the store, seem to be teenagers. They barely spoke. And we walked in the door. You felt like you were being totally ignored by them. I got what I needed but they just seem to be more interested in their cell phones than me. read more

I had a bad and a great experience today at different Battery Plus Stores. I telephoned the Stockbridge location to ask about phone repair. The line was picked up but nobody said anything for 5 seconds. I said "hello." The male voice on the other end said "hello." I asked if this was batteries Plus. The answer was "Yes." I hung up and phoned Batteries Plus Hudson Bridge location. The phone was answered right away with "Batteries Plus, how can I help you." I got the answer to my question and went to that store. The customer service was amazing. I thought that I needed a new charging port for my phone. RJ, one of the store associates, suggested I allow him to do a diagnostic on the phone before ordering a charging port. He did that and found that I did not need a charging port at all. The service and advice didn't cost me anything. I complimented the manager, Jeff on having such a well trained, courteous and personable staff vs. that "other" Batteries Plus location. Only giving two stars because this used to be a the place I would recommend to anybody with a cracked screen and have had 6 phones in my family fixed there. My most recent repair experience has been terrible. I got my screen replaced last October. It started being glitchy around thanksgiving but due to the holidays and traveling I put off. It got so bad my screen would get inverted without reason. Screen would go dark but had to double click power button. I took it in earlier this week and the technician who looked at it said he did a soft reset and that the problems I was describing he had never heard of. I was upset because he said I had water in my case of phone... which is waterproof. Later in the week, an area of my keyboard area stopped working which is exactly why I had gotten it fixed in the first place. My screen had never cracked. I went back and asked if they would now fix it (the soft reset did nothing). The female who gave me my phone when the repair was done said I had to pay for the repair... which made no sense because I was within the warranty. I was never told I would have to pay and I mentioned being in the warranty period. When I got my phone it said there was a Face ID error but I thought it was just a need to reset my Face ID. The next morning I realized it was the camera depth issue. I went back to the store and said my Face ID is now not Working and that I wanted it fixed and refunded the $105 for the repair because I was within the warranty period. She said that Face ID always doesn't work when screens get replaced and that is normal. I said it never happened on the screens I had replaced before. I asked about the refund & she said I had to pay because they could not test the functionality of the phone.... I watched the young man who took in my phone for the second repair try to use the o key location on my phone and he was like yes, this needs to be replaced. So now I am out over $100 dollars, with Face ID broken. I was hesitant to getting my phone repaired because the technician who rung me up on my first repair actually came out to my car and asked me for my number. I gave it to him and then he texted me immediately as I was driving and then called when I didn't pick up and texted again less than 10 mins after leaving the store. It was creepy and then I got more texts that night and actually was called by the location the next day.... This happen to be the technician who did the soft reset that did nothing for my phone. He worked with the female who told me I had to pay again and Face ID not working is perfect normal & wouldn't fix it. I just want my phone fixed and my money back for the second repair. read more

Had an iPhone batty replaced they did a good job in that aspect. But wanted to charge me to recycle some old 2 way radio batteries. That kind of defeats the purpose. read more

They "fixed" my sons i-phone 7 plus screen and really made it worse, and did not accept fault. He couldnt hear unless it was on speaker.

Placed an order for a car battery online to have installed when I got there later in the afternoon. Right when I arrived I received a call from them to let me know the battery I purchased online was not currently in stock. I went in and Jeff quickly assisted me and showed me another battery option which was less expensive and had a better warranty and cold cranking amps. Outstanding Customer Service!!!!! I visited this store 02/12/2018 for the first time. I may have waited 2 or 3 minutes when I was approached and asked if I needed assistance. I said I was looking for battery replacement for 2 watches. The gentleman said yes and I placed my watches in his hand. He went behind the counter and came back within a minute or two and gave me a price for the batteries. He replaced the batteries in my watches and reset the date and time on both watches. As I paid for my purchase, I was presently provided with a coupon (I love saving money). I will be visiting your store again for all of my future bulb and battery purchases. I have been totally stonewalled by two stores in the Decatur GA area over a simple request about a replacement battery for a Samsung model SCH-U310 flip phone. No reply whatsoever for multiple inquiries via their email system. There is no reason why they could not have at least replied saying that no battery was available, or that they were still searching, etc. Having bought $250 of replacement batteries before for a 1990 HP laptop, I am flabbergasted by their lack of response. Took iphone 6 plus in for repair of cracked screen. The iphone was still working great except for the cracked screen. Took phone back several times. after the initial repair I took the phone home to my son. My son came back up stairs and said the camera does not work and part of the screen. I took the phone back that day 3/5/2017 was told that it was fixed. My son after a few days told me that part of the screen still does not work. I took the phone back again and I was told that it was fixed. then again in April 2017 then in may same problem my son there was a problem with the phone not turning off. I told my son to push the home button and the power button and the phone rebooted. I said to my son is there anything else and he said the phone screen still never worked I said why didn't you tell me and I understand why because all the trips back and forth and no one wanted to deal with the problem that never got fixed. so, the phone is still under warranty until June 5th 2017. In may I took the phone back down to batteries plus they put in 4 screens and the phone got to the point that it wold not work at all. so batteries plus manager then said that there is a chip under the part that they push down to install screen and the chip can get damaged and said sorry there is nothing we can do take it to apple. I also contacted corporate took my info but no response from them. Now the manager said he would refund my money if I brought the phone back that week that the initial repair was done and I said I brought the phone back 3 times the first week and 1 time the same-day it the phone screen was installed. lie lie thats what they are doing now read more
