I pulled up and I'm used to going to various spectrum of the auto world (local/remote small business (prefer) or corporate (only prefer if i expect a lot of travel (warranties,etc)) I was helped right away by Corey when i walked in. I also think that i talked to him on the phone when i was calling around for prices. He removed and installed my battery efficiently. I was in and out of there in all of 20 minutes or so. Left my vehicle outside with the window down. Worst experience ever. They are unprofessional, terrible crooks. They wanted me to pay in full and hadn't even been able to work on my vehicle. They fried the MCU when the took the HV battery out. They pulled it out before updating with Tesla. They got the car bricked. Then Tesla confirmed they bricked it and Green Tech said I needed to pay for that at Tesla $2500. They are amateurs. No idea what they are doing and then they held me responsible for their mistake. Buyer before. My insurance is now filing a claim with their insurance company. When my husband went to pick up my car (From Florida with my 11 year old).
