The technician ran a wire from the pole across the street to the roof of my house, underneath shingles then into nearby brush, wrapped around a tree then to the neighbor's house. He completely bypassed the pole in back of my house. A second tech who was called said after conferring with his boss that I needed to ask my neighbor for her permission to allow Spectrum to take the cable from my house. I am considering legal action because this is beyond stupid. The city's response is "There's nothing we can do.

My dad's iPad had a cracked screen and he took it here to be repaired. The first time it was…read morerepaired, the home button was covered in glue and there was still tape visible underneath the screen. He took it back and the guy removed the tape and said he fixed the screen, but now the screen is somehow disoriented. The iPad must be oriented in one particular direction to be able to type and it recognize the keystrokes. I'm not really sure how to describe it. The iPad isn't that old and should still be in good working order but the iPad is barely functional at this point. I know it sounds kind of silly, but the iPad is one of the last things my grandma bought for my dad before she passed away so there's a sentimental aspect to it, and it just really sucks that the man who runs this shop destroyed it. We are hoping that someone else might be able to fix what he messed up.
