I didn't get young ladies name, but wow! Extremely friendly helped me find a pop I didn't know I needed and showed me upcoming pops coming out. She is a anime fan as well and was a great help and other employees were kind and friendly as well. Good price on the pop especially seeing g second market prices. I will definitely return to this store thanks to this nice young lady. Wish I gotten her name since she is one of the best employees I have been around in a long time. Just wow. Came in clueless about what to buy for my wife and I to enjoy together at home. Spacey and Annabel were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us decide on a OLED switch with all the accessories we could find/need. We're happy with our purchase, but also happy with the service we received from these two awesome employees. read more

I went online and ordered a Stealth 700 headset the online store said they had 1 (wouldn't let me order 2 because they only had one) drove down to pick it up and got an Email saying order canceled Not in stock. What the f$&@. Wasted my time and gas. Won't order or buy anything from that store again read more

Called to ask if they had a product in stock, whatever girl that answered the phone told me no before I even got halfway through the question. "Do you guys have any guitar (no) hero or rock band (no) guitars (no) in stock? Wait, what? (No)". It was very rude. Dont think I've made a decision to leave a bad review so quickly in my time on yelp. read more

Every time I go in there the staff is always so friendly. If I can't find what I am looking for they always help me look or look up other stores nearby that I can find it. I have never had a bad experience here. read more
