The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. I picked up the syrup container and the lid came off of it; the bottle falling to the table spilling syrup over the keyboard. I had to take off some of the keyboard keys in order to remove all of the syrup. It worked well, but after cleaning thoroughly I could not get the keys back in place. I sent out an estimate on Yelp looking for tech guys/girls who could do the work in hopes it would be easier for them than the several hours I had spent trying to get them back in place. Jason from WreckTech messaged me asking that I call him. We had a brief discussion about my issue and he asked me to bring it in and would not charge me if not so bad after he saw it. He took the time to get the keys back in place and was super cool to chat with while I waited. I am grateful for him and WreckTech and would recommend him/them to anyone with an issue. They sell computers at wholesale and have a ton of accessories as well, most of which are ordered to spec and not kept in stock. If you ever have an issue give them a call first. They have 3 locations throughout Atlanta; Cumberland Mall, Marietta, and Buckhead Area on Peachtree Road.

I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes.
