What made the experience even worse was overhearing employees talking about overcharging customers. After hearing that while already feeling like I had been given phones that were not worth what I traded, it completely destroyed my trust in the business. I've had five different people tell me five different things it's just overall weird and I do not recommend it. UPDATE i got a notification on my phone that it had an in authentic part being my camera. Mind you after the "and customer service experience I decided to not get my phone fixed with them. This is because when I brought it in there was no damage to the screen at all. It just would not charge, so I need my charger port cleaned, when my phone was there they said they couldn't turn it on yet continue to send me a picture of my phone charged with a broken screen and then said that I had to pay close to $500 to get my screen repaired, but there was no damage before I brought it in. now which is a week later I got this notification saying that there was an an authentic Apple part B in my camera installed in my phone. This is the only place I have ever taken my phone and have still not gotten the screen fixed so I'm not sure what they did when they called me to tell me "what was wrong with my phone" I asked to come pick it up and would not be using their services. They told me I would have to wait until the next day because "my screen and phone wear already taken apart so they would have to put it back together" which is weird because this is when they first told me what was wrong with my phone, so why would my phone already be taken apart before I even asked them to fix it or told them they could fix it. This is super sketchy. I'm going to check my phone in the Apple to see what's going on and as a woman this just feels unsafe. Do not come to this store.
