A senior citizen was having trouble finding something and instead of walking them to where it was they attempted to yell instructions from behind the counter 50 feet away. Outside of the store looks great but inside is dingy and old. Lots of staff on the floor but no one trying to help anyone. I walked around a while confused passing several staff and no one bothered to ask if I need anything.
