Brought to them in the morning and…read moreby the afternoon they called me to let me know specifically what was wrong with it, and more importantly, that fixing it would likely be costly. They didn't charge me for checking it out. When I came back to the store to pick up the typewriter I had dropped off, my wife and I looked at the models they had on sale, and found a Smith-Corona that we loved at a very reasonable price. The folks here could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. I'm going to be more than happy to tell friends about this business and to be a repeat customer.

A senior citizen was having trouble finding something and instead of walking them to where it was they attempted to yell instructions from behind the counter 50 feet away. Outside of the store looks great but inside is dingy and old. Lots of staff on the floor but no one trying to help anyone.
