This is definitely real people running a business they care about, and doing it honestly in the midst of amazing work. I'm thorough--I called nearly TEN stores w/ high reviews in & out of ATL to find somewhere with the right price/quality balance. This place stood by their title "Art Solutions" and figured out a way to work with me for what I needed. Even before they knew my budget, the quoted price was fair. Beyond impressed with the quality. They mounted a large parchment print in a huge shadow box frame with non-glare glass. It looks like a gallery piece with the raw edges against the black frame. They also stretched a canvas on stretcher bars that was around 6ft. Finished in a couple weeks and delivered to my home. They even helped explain how to mount and helped me through the process. I called to get some information about mounting and framing a few photographs; I'm astonished at the level of condescension I've just received over the phone. Not cool. Maybe this guy is accustomed to dealing with idiots; I had to ask him twice to relax with the condescension & mansplaining. I don't pretend to be an expert, but as an arts professional I've been dealing with professional framers at the museum level for decades - I haven't experienced such a level of rudeness on the phone; sure was a shock to the system. On the plus side; sounds like he knows his work, so if you're cool with being condescended to, go for it. Hopefully it was an aberration. read more

I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews. What a sweet little city gem. We bought a vintage map that needed framing on a budget. The map was quite pricey and we had a frame from another large poster we thought we could use. I called around to a few different places and got a range. Some were higher than others but surprisingly Michael's (which is where the average suburban raised person immediately thinks of framing) was quite high! They quoted $150. Most in-city places gave me a range between 60-150$. This place was around the same but the difference was Shannon on the phone. She was incredibly nice (why is customer service such a lost art?) and helpful! So I chose these guys based on being squarely in the right price range /competitive with other quotes - and what I felt would be solid customer service. I was not disappointed! After bringing the art into the shop, the man there said he would frame the piece in the frame I had but explained why it would look pretty weird. He was willing to let me go for it, but said he could do a custom simple frame for about 30$ more. Sold! We went and chose from some samples on the wall and it was done the next day. Payment was simple - I got a text when the piece was ready - and Shannon even helped me to my car with it! The piece looks great. Just a simple black frame and it fits perfectly - wires and hanging hardware included! I'll definitely use them for my next project! read more

I commission these guys for a piece of fabric that I bought back from Paris to get framed and they charged a little over $500 dollars but I loved how it turned out. I decided to have them frame two masks that I got from Italy a month went passed so I gave them a call and they said the guy was out due to Covid. Now another month and a half have gone by and when I call they tell me they have a couple of ideas. My response was, " I shouldn't be calling you to find out that you have an idea. That is bad business". His response was, "Well you can come to pick up your things." As if I don't know that. Truly unexpected and horrible service. I wouldn't dear use them again. read more

At the last minute i decided to try to get my child's posters for an upcoming presentation laminated. Most places couldn't do the job because the posters were too big for their machine. And FedEx wanted to charge me over $100. Atlanta Art Solutions saw that my request was for an educational project and gave me a deep discount.
