I found them by accident, probably 8 years ago. I could not have envisioned a better place to take care of the items we've had framed by them. Great staff, great price points. read more

I had an excellent experience with Atlanta Art Solutions stretching and framing a rolled oil painting. Peter was awesome to work with, helped me pick out just the right frame, and everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable as he gives you a discount if you get stretching and framing done at once. I had a very large 5ft square painting and it turned out beautifully. I'll have that for the rest of my life. I highly recommend this store and will certainly be back myself. read more

Great spot! They do a great job and excellent crew I always feel taken care of and know that my artwork is in good hands

This place makes me SO HAPPY. It's so rare to find a place that seems to sincerely care about providing a great customer experience. This is definitely real people running a business they care about, and doing it honestly in the midst of amazing work. I'm thorough--I called nearly TEN stores w/ high reviews in & out of ATL to find somewhere with the right price/quality balance. This place stood by their title "Art Solutions" and figured out a way to work with me for what I needed. Even before they knew my budget, the quoted price was fair. I had a large print that I needed simply framed. Some places quoted *over* $300 (what!?) and this one was closer to $100, and helped me figure out a way to go lower using laminate. Store takes pride in itself and its customer service! read more

Beyond impressed with the quality. They mounted a large parchment print in a huge shadow box frame with non-glare glass. It looks like a gallery piece with the raw edges against the black frame. They also stretched a canvas on stretcher bars that was around 6ft. Finished in a couple weeks and delivered to my home. They even helped explain how to mount and helped me through the process. Love these guys! read more

Ashley is wonderful informed, and all wrapped up in southern charm and professionalism ... highly recommended.

I called to get some information about mounting and framing a few photographs; I'm astonished at the level of condescension I've just received over the phone. Not cool. Maybe this guy is accustomed to dealing with idiots; I had to ask him twice to relax with the condescension & mansplaining. I don't pretend to be an expert, but as an arts professional I've been dealing with professional framers at the museum level for decades - I haven't experienced such a level of rudeness on the phone; sure was a shock to the system. On the plus side; sounds like he knows his work, so if you're cool with being condescended to, go for it. Hopefully it was an aberration. read more

Best experience. Professional, timely, and the most amazing frame for the painting. Well done. Well done.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I found this place after having a poor experience with another framer in town. This place is amazing, the level of personal service is incredible. They are professional, experts, and will work with you. I found the timing to complete the work way above average and pricing was incredibly fair too. Will be returning here with any of my framing needs. read more

I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews. What a sweet little city gem. We bought a vintage map that needed framing on a budget. The map was quite pricey and we had a frame from another large poster we thought we could use. I called around to a few different places and got a range. Some were higher than others but surprisingly Michael's (which is where the average suburban raised person immediately thinks of framing) was quite high! They quoted $150. Most in-city places gave me a range between 60-150$. This place was around the same but the difference was Shannon on the phone. She was incredibly nice (why is customer service such a lost art?) and helpful! So I chose these guys based on being squarely in the right price range /competitive with other quotes - and what I felt would be solid customer service. I was not disappointed! After bringing the art into the shop, the man there said he would frame the piece in the frame I had but explained why it would look pretty weird. He was willing to let me go for it, but said he could do a custom simple frame for about 30$ more. Sold! We went and chose from some samples on the wall and it was done the next day. Payment was simple - I got a text when the piece was ready - and Shannon even helped me to my car with it! The piece looks great. Just a simple black frame and it fits perfectly - wires and hanging hardware included! I'll definitely use them for my next project! read more

After buying some real art I decided I needed a real framing expert to assist me in doing it justice. I have to say that Peter and his team did not disappoint! My art is exploding off my walls (in a good way) and the quality of their work is evident. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of work. Dare I say "a bargain"? Thank you Peter and nephews I haven't met yet. But I will because these are my framing guys now. Very appreciative. read more

I commission these guys for a piece of fabric that I bought back from Paris to get framed and they charged a little over $500 dollars but I loved how it turned out. I decided to have them frame two masks that I got from Italy a month went passed so I gave them a call and they said the guy was out due to Covid. Now another month and a half have gone by and when I call they tell me they have a couple of ideas. My response was, " I shouldn't be calling you to find out that you have an idea. That is bad business". His response was, "Well you can come to pick up your things." As if I don't know that. Truly unexpected and horrible service. I wouldn't dear use them again. read more

I received two canvas paintings that needed stretching, one 30" X 40" and the other one 20" X 36". I called four art framing and stretching companies, including Atlanta Art Solutions to compare prices. Atlanta Art Solutions gave me the best price. The other three companies gave a price of more than $200 for each painting. Atlanta Art Solutions gave a price a little more than $100 for each painting. Not only does Atlanta Art Solutions gives the best prices, it also gives the best quality of work and services. When they give you a pick up times, rest assured, it's ready. I had 10 posters framed and just had them delivered to the office. They look amazing! Peter (the owner) is a natural at choosing the best frames and mats for artwork. If you don't have an eye for design, Peter will give you suggestions. He is truly an artistic, creative designer. At the last minute i decided to try to get my child's posters for an upcoming presentation laminated. Most places couldn't do the job because the posters were too big for their machine. And FedEx wanted to charge me over $100. Atlanta Art Solutions saw that my request was for an educational project and gave me a deep discount. I was able to get the job done in a couple of minutes because luckily I came right at the right time. My child won and I'm positive the laminated posters helped.
