Some of their print shop prices are so much lower than Kinko's it's insane. An oversized poster, mounted and laminated is usually only $24.95 - and my clients love those things for job fairs, trade shows, etc. Today - I ventured into this store - and it's the location near Akers Mill - south of the Cumberland Mall (thought I'd share that since there are a million on Cobb Pkwy it seems.) But I digress: Spencer was amazing. We experienced some technical issues with the actual copiers / printers, but Spencer was diligent and apologetic. He also acknowledged each customer that approached us during the crazy long time I was in there just trying to get 3 simple things printed. He was multi-tasking all over the place. I almost want to deduct a star because the copiers / printers need to be replaced - but I just can't do it, Spencer was that great.

I was clearly having a difficult time and asked for some assistance. The guy at the desk yelled for a "manager" (so she calls herself). She yells back, " wait, I'm talking to someone on the phone. Clearly I can hear the whole conversation. A few mins later, she comes over and reads the notification I get. "Add paper for custom print" I only wanted to look at a different format. I told her I wanted to print a flyer that would fit in a tent and she starts going on saying "she doesn't know what I mean" so I pointed to one on the table next to us showing her exactly what I wanted. She takes me back to the print screen and says thats what I'll get. I'm thinking we're in agreeance with what I need. So I print and the picture only takes half the page. I turned to her and said this is exactly why I waited in line. I need a refund. She goes on about how I can submit a time to come in later to pick up and pay for some service and she can't issue a refund since I printed. That's unacceptable, being I called her over for help and she guided me. She goes on again about this drop off service when it would have taken 2 mins out of her time to take me through the steps and give me what I asked for. When I asked for a manager she claimed to be one. I declined the service and told her I need my refund. I mean there wasn't even a line, I'm the only customer in the print area. She gave me a refund and rips the paper up as I'm standing there. Being nasty for no reason. I am disgusted that Office Depot would put someone like her in position. I run a business and I've been in this location on Roswell rd many times and it's usually a seamless visit. I finally talk to a manager and have the worst visit yet. Who hired her??? I wouldn't!

I am so pleased to report that my past two visits have been pleasurable and great customer service. They helped me out by printing a label for me from my Amazon return and packaged up everything nicely, which was very helpful since I had to rush to work. Thanks for bringing good service back again!
